The color was completely wrong. The code on the order website is inconsistant with the color provided. The code is for PBM which should be steel blue metallic, not ocean blue metallic. I ordered from a different vendor

Looking at your order it appears that you only ordered on aerosol of color, so I'm curious to know how this could have caused an issue with the entire top. The paint tube contained bright silver with a Greystone label. The color match was not even close. I was quite disappointed, especially for the price. Now I have to remove the touch ups and start over.

You need to read and comprehend what it states. Your reply did not answer my question, instead you stated the best way is by the color number. That does me no good, I have a 2020 blue terrain. I ask if you carry a blue for 2020 terrains because you do not show one. So having a paint number does me do good because I can not pick out a blue at all even with a number Jesse

The product was clumpy no matter how much I shook it. I contacted customer service and they were not very helpful or accommodating. I would not recommend this product.

After doing primer, base and second color coats used clear coat and it dissolved the paint back to the metal underneath. Not worth it.

Not sure it was your fault. The Jeep called for the color PSC and I received PSC/JSC. Didn't match.

It started out well. I was invited to call to order custom paint for my rv. But when I called several times, I was put on hold for awhile and then each time I was abruptly told no agents are available and to call back later. I can't comment on a product I can't order and use.

I cancelled my order , because you advertised NO SHIPPING ( excluding ha al ) when i paid shipping appeared to be added, i checked with pay pal and yes i was paying for shipping.

The pen applications were terrible. The color was not metallic like my vehicle, and the paint dried to a white, thick mess. The clear coat container was empty. I had to use paint thinner to try to remove the product. My vehicle looks worse than before. Asked several times for a refund, but never received one.

Used you’re product to paint a fender. Primer, color coat and clear coat went on poorly, inconsistent pressure in spray cans caused poor results. Paint didnt level well and seem old! I wasted my mone and time.

Horrible product. Do not use spray cans. You are better off going to someone with the right equipment. I prepped the surface as instructed. The primer went on just fine. That is where I should have ended. Then came the color coat. The sprayer barely allowed any paint to come out. It started coming out in splotches. I could not clear the sprayer, so I had to pull the sprayer off the paint color and use the nozzle from the primer can. Because it was so blotchy, I had to do 5 coats. After the clearcoat, it is as rough as sandpaper. The color is not smooth at all. It looks even worse from a distance. Luckily it is along the top edge of the outer part of my truck bed. I am going to just put bed liner on the area that was painted. A total mess.

Color match is excellent. That is as far as quality goes. Durability of the paint and clear coat is terrible. Blending the clear coat with the cars original clear coat is impossible. If you even approach the finish with a professional buffing machine you will strip off both clear coat and paint. Their product in only useful if trying to cover up a scratch on a beater or in a non visible area.

I purchased the paint I needed as I have done before. Waited for over a week for a tracking number on a supposed two day turn around. Finally after contacting customer service and getting the run around, days later I was sent an email saying that the toner needed to make my color was discontinued and they’d refund me. Waited a week for the refund. Oh. By the way. The product is STILL on the website for others to order and go through what I went through. That’s good business practice right there.

The applicator brush was substandard to say the least. Wild brush hairs pointing off in another direction while trying to fix the scratch on my gas tank. Wasted so much product trying to straighten the paint bristles with a paper towel. Total waste... Not happy at all..
