“I received an email telling me the product shipped Dec. 20. Then received another email on Jan. 6 saying it had been delivered. It is now Jan. 12 and have still not received the shipment. Not a happy customer 😒.”

“Order delivered promptly. Opened package and it looked like exactly what I was looking for. Started to use and oh my goodness what a lousy product. After thorough shaking the flow was horrible to non-existent and the application tip was rock hard. Was like painting with the wrong end of a chop stick. After spending the appropriate amount of time in applying, reapplying and clearcoat I have a finish that is just horrible. Lumpy because you can't brush it with a chop stick. Extremely disappointed. Would be ok if I could just throw it away, but I have a terrible finish to deal with now.”

“One month and still have not received the order. Touch up direct discontinued on of paint and never applied a partial refund for a product they do not have. I had to email and call to be notified of of a lost order in transit and that the don't have one of the products ordered in order to received a partial refund. At this point I still don't have my order. Will never buy from them again and don't recommend this company.”

Colors are made of different toners, each color has it's own formula so we can make the paint that you need and pour it in the product size you selected because we offer 6 different sizes. It's almost like baking a cake, ingredients need to be mixed to get what you want. The same goes for practically everything in the world. :)

“The color was completely wrong. The code on the order website is inconsistant with the color provided. The code is for PBM which should be steel blue metallic, not ocean blue metallic. I ordered from a different vendor”

Looking at your order it appears that you only ordered on aerosol of color, so I'm curious to know how this could have caused an issue with the entire top. “The paint tube contained bright silver with a Greystone label. The color match was not even close. I was quite disappointed, especially for the price. Now I have to remove the touch ups and start over.”

“You need to read and comprehend what it states. Your reply did not answer my question, instead you stated the best way is by the color number. That does me no good, I have a 2020 blue terrain. I ask if you carry a blue for 2020 terrains because you do not show one. So having a paint number does me do good because I can not pick out a blue at all even with a number Jesse”

“After doing primer, base and second color coats used clear coat and it dissolved the paint back to the metal underneath. Not worth it.”

“It started out well. I was invited to call to order custom paint for my rv. But when I called several times, I was put on hold for awhile and then each time I was abruptly told no agents are available and to call back later. I can't comment on a product I can't order and use.”

“I cancelled my order , because you advertised NO SHIPPING ( excluding ha al ) when i paid shipping appeared to be added, i checked with pay pal and yes i was paying for shipping.”

“The pen applications were terrible. The color was not metallic like my vehicle, and the paint dried to a white, thick mess. The clear coat container was empty. I had to use paint thinner to try to remove the product. My vehicle looks worse than before. Asked several times for a refund, but never received one.”
