“Used you’re product to paint a fender. Primer, color coat and clear coat went on poorly, inconsistent pressure in spray cans caused poor results. Paint didnt level well and seem old! I wasted my mone and time.”

“Horrible product. Do not use spray cans. You are better off going to someone with the right equipment. I prepped the surface as instructed. The primer went on just fine. That is where I should have ended. Then came the color coat. The sprayer barely allowed any paint to come out. It started coming out in splotches. I could not clear the sprayer, so I had to pull the sprayer off the paint color and use the nozzle from the primer can. Because it was so blotchy, I had to do 5 coats. After the clearcoat, it is as rough as sandpaper. The color is not smooth at all. It looks even worse from a distance. Luckily it is along the top edge of the outer part of my truck bed. I am going to just put bed liner on the area that was painted. A total mess.”

“Color match is excellent. That is as far as quality goes. Durability of the paint and clear coat is terrible. Blending the clear coat with the cars original clear coat is impossible. If you even approach the finish with a professional buffing machine you will strip off both clear coat and paint. Their product in only useful if trying to cover up a scratch on a beater or in a non visible area.”

“I purchased the paint I needed as I have done before. Waited for over a week for a tracking number on a supposed two day turn around. Finally after contacting customer service and getting the run around, days later I was sent an email saying that the toner needed to make my color was discontinued and they’d refund me. Waited a week for the refund. Oh. By the way. The product is STILL on the website for others to order and go through what I went through. That’s good business practice right there.”

“The applicator brush was substandard to say the least. Wild brush hairs pointing off in another direction while trying to fix the scratch on my gas tank. Wasted so much product trying to straighten the paint bristles with a paper towel. Total waste... Not happy at all..”

“I thought I would be able to clean the area on the car, apply the pen and then the clear coat so I ordered the product. When I emailed asking how it worked, I was told it was much more complicated . Needed to use sandpaper and primer and apply multiple times. Way beyond the simple method I thought I would be able to use. SO now I am getting a product which I will not use for fear of making matters worse.”

“I followed the website instructions to get to the Glacier Blue paint for my 2007 Honda C-RV. Unfortunately, the color is visibly darker than my actual color. I bought the package that includes primer, paint, and clearcoat. The results are not as expected. I tried so hard to blend the edges because of the color, that primer started to show through. Waste of my money. Hope it works better for someone else.”

“Even after letting it dry overnight when applying clear coat the paint came off. Had a very difficult time with the primer, nothing much came out. Would not recommend.”

“Ordered Toyota Beige 489 color was way to light not even close. I was hoping it would darken after the clear coat was added but no. Now I will have to redo my job and try another paint company. Gary”

“I ordered the Kit that comes with everything, black paint for my 07 RL... 3 days later I received an email from them saying that my order was delivered and it was certainly not. I have checked everywhere only to not find my Order on my front porch where it was apparently delivered w 'proof' but when I click on "Show me Proof of Delivery" it asks me for an act number that I isn't even know I had or need ? Im getting no help from customer service 😕”

“ISOPON Scratch and Stone Chip Remover comes with no instructions on the tube and there are none to be found on TUD website. It comes with warnings about dangerous content but no instructions on how to safely use it or apply it. How can I possibly use this stuff?!!!”
