“Not the first time using TouchUpDirect products and always great product, quick delivery and high quality. Just recently I ordered the wrong paint code and Mary from Customer Service was able to rapidly assist and provide the right assistance. “I accidentally ordered the wrong color, after sending a request to get the correct color I was greeted with an email no more than 30 minutes later to get me a replacement color. Excellent service and I will definitely be shopping here again”

“It was very easy to determine what I needed to order. The information you provided regarding primer and topcoat sealer was excellent. I received notification that the order had shipped before I even received this survey. It is expected to take up to 14 days to arrive, and since it's coming from California, I get it. I cannot respond to the delivery part of this questionnaire. I will try again after I get the product.”
