“I placed the order on 5/7. After that I received no update on status or a way to track the order. One of the team members at TouchUp emailed me after I opened an inquiry via the company web page. They were very responsive and offered to refund shipping charges. I thought that was generous. I'll definitely do business with TouchUp Direct again. Thanks,”

“I had a faulty spray can nozzle. Caused splattering, then, kept clogging up with my project incomplete. Customer service sent me a new can. Thank you touch up direct. Great customer service.”

“it was easy to do on line but not convinced it is the right colour for the car till i get it. Trying to hold a laptop next to the car to compare colours not easy. Hope to give another review later on with the turn out.”
