“It's a shame you have a Very Good Star Rating only and not an Excellent Star Rating. After a few months searching for a group tour to Egypt and almost giving up - due to excessive cost/unsuitable itineraries/no replies, I came across TourRadar with the TOUR!!!! It included almost everything I was searching for and the one destination not included, when I queried was greeted with we can add that as an optional extra making their tour the TOUR!!! I've been a bit of a pain going back and forth with questions and queries, but all have been replied to promptly and in a positive manner. Nothing seems to be too much effort which is so appreciated. We've now booked and paid our deposit and within hours, receipts, confirmation, itineraries, what we need to do before we travel, what we need to do whilst we travel all sent in a professional layout. I'm impressed and I'm not easily impressed!!! Top marks TourRadar if this is any indication of what the TOUR we've booked will be like we will no doubt, have the time of our lives and will definitely be planning more tours with your organisation in the years to come. Look forward to our holiday in October this year and supplying feedback on this tour both here and on Trip Advisor. Carole & Adrian Canham”
