The prices seem to be good and it is fairly easy to order a tour, but you can't compare tour side by side and when you purchase a tour you don't get a notice from TourRadar and the tour that we bought hasn't shown up in TourRadar. A bit disappointing if you ask me.

The tour said accommodations were included...but when I signed in, there was additional cost for hotel. I ended up booking different tour. And, I assume, the tour for this was fixed.

Ich hatte von TourRadar bisher noch nichts gehört, fand jedoch die Buchung sehr einfach, dass einzige Problem bestand nur darin das ich mich mit dem Englisch etwas schwer habe und immer dem Übersetzer mit einschalten muss.

You have a glitch in your website that screws up booking after you put a hold on things. Lots of passing the buck on responsibilities took place w this booking and I did your peoples job and gaps which resulted in a ton of stress. I am a seasoned traveler and usually plan all my own holidays and only supplement tours here and there but I know how things are supposed to work as I did over 10 trips via agencies when younger. I will chalk this up to the pandemic.

You booked your tour with TourRadar and then directly with the tour operator. This created a double booking. You were then in touch with TourRadar and the tour operator separately, which is why the communication was complicated. I was actually on the phone with Julie at Globus to walk me through YOUR booking on line because I could not get through to TourRadar on the phone, I was on hold for a eternity which led me to call Globus. Because of this eternity I was going to skip you, and go through Globus, but Julie informed me I had to go through your website, therefore, she helped me go through the whole process.

Booking was easy. I wasn't informed that the communication was on their webpage instead of sending out email. Hopefully in the future, the communication would be faster. It took a day or 2 to get response to my questions. At the end, I wanted to cancel my tour, but TourRadar gave me option for travel credit instead of cancelled (so I could save 100Euro cancellation penalty). And they refunded me my travel insurance within 5 days.

I happened to be out of my home country when I booked and this made the process a bit more difficult. Currency can’t not be changed on the site and some features only available in my home country could not be accessed. While this is probably not a routine issue it wasn’t something they dealt with very well. Also had pretty unreasonable restrictions on payment options. Almost lost my business because they wouldn’t help me figure it out. The site itself is fine and for normal issue they are good. Just doesn’t seem to be that robust to handle different situations.

As we went over, it is not every day a US Traveler books a tour from Kazakhstan. When it comes to booking a tour, only a Deposit amount is due for most tours. If booking a tour that departs within 60 days, the full payment will be due at the time of booking. this is about booking. The initial part was easy, signing up for the trip. Then a page said I needed to give more information before confirmation. That took more time and effort. One line said more information was needed while a completed was listed elsewhere. Then confirmation didn't come. Contacted TourRadar. Then again after TourRadar contacted me about the confirmation not being given yet (2 days later). Confirmation came after a while. Some glitch occurred somewhere.

Europe is pretty expensive compared to USA. I live in USA and the costs do add up. Traveling from West Coast to Central Europe is costing a fortune. If price of the packages were more affordable, it would make sense to book a longer duration trip to maximize the savings. Anyways, other than price, not much to whine about as of now. Will update as the date comes closer and of course, after the trip as well.

Quite efficient except when I asked which hotel that I will be staying in Madrid, I cannot get the name and I was told I will know 48 hours before the tour started. It is less than 48 hours now, I still have no answer because I will be arriving Madrid today and I want to book my pre-accomodation in the same hotel. 16/02/20 19.02 pm. I still haven’t received any reply for the hotel details. I am very disappointed with the arrangement. What the company promised do not match!
