“Update: After my last comment, tourradar rep got back to me in no time and refunded the difference. I am pleasantly surprised by TourRadar's customer service. I have interacted quite a bit before making this tour selection and have ALWAYS got very quick response and have always find the customer reps beyond Helpful. I thought of booking the tour directly with Expat but I am super glad I used TourRadar. So far I have had great experience with this company and I hope it continues. This is my very 1st tour with Tourradar and if it does go well, I plan to take a lot more trips with them in the future. Very much looking forward to this trip, and I thank tour radar for always being there. I highly recommend TourRadar, and applaud their customer service ................................................................................................................................................................................ Overall its a great site, everything was easy to use. The customer reps are great, they were very helpful and always replied all the answers. The only problem I had was, I actually had a different coupon code and was supposed to get $135 discount, the site accepted it but didnt let me move forward. I used different coupon code but it was less that what i should have got.”

“TourRadar offering is easy and convenient to use. The web-pages are visually well done and with relevant filters you can easily find the content you are interested in. The pages are also technically almost perfect nevertheless there is still the same technical error which I reported one year ago e.g. you cannot update your personal information with edge-browser; Again I had to switch to chrome to make it happen :-)”

“I am so pleased that I found Tourradar; they had a large selection of tours to choose from at various price points. It was great to be able to see other people’s comments and ratings of tours they had taken. The website was also very easy to navigate and being able to message the tour operator was helpful. The tour operator I chose was very courteous and answered all my questions promptly. They were also helpful in choosing additional hotels that I needed to book. I would definitely suggest to others to use Tourradar.”
