“So simple to book. The description of the trip was pretty comprehensive so we were happy to book. It took / days for the trip to be confirmed but that was made clear at the time. We were contacted almost immediately after confirmation and were easily able to ask questions”

“Several weeks ago, I reserved two places on the Devon and Cornwall Tour from London in July, 2022. I copied the confirmation, but could not find my booking later with Tour Radar. After several communications back and forth, I was advised to rebook, which I did. But, once again, I did not receive a confirmation for several days. Finally, I received a confirmation. It took me almost three weeks to book this trip. REVISED: Once TourRadar was notified of my problems, they helped and we have been able to book. Thanks.”

“The customer service person who helped me book this tour was great. It was so painless. I told her that I wanted to join some other guests on their tour and gave her the booking number. She had my tour done in less than five minutes and even did a change to a private transport with no problems.”
