“Everything was great.....almost. I worked with Inkayni Peru Tours during the pre-booking stage. I had quite a few questions as I was booking domestic flights and needed to match days and times. When I would ask a question, they would reply, but not directly answer my question. So I would ask again. Eventually, they became impatient with me and asked me "to take a breath" I feel if they had carefully read my first emails and either answered or said they didn't know/couldn't answer, the process would have been faster and more pleasant. I was proceeding with lots of caution and just wanted the questions answered so I knew I was making good decisions”

“Our trip coming up in September, will be the second trip we have booked through Tour Radar. We are very pleased when we have called to have our questions answered. “I would highly recommend this company. I was nervous booking my first ever tour but their customer service was great. They reply quickly and give great recommendations. I recently completed my second tour through them. Both went very well. Looking forward to my third tour.”

“This was the first time we used TourRadar. The booking process was simple. The prompts were easy to follow. The entire process took very little time to complete. They, obviously, have done a great job in making what, at times, can seem to be a painful process, quite painless.”
