Variety of tours is good. Filters help. However, I find that the details of tours are often sadly lacking and even incorrect. TourRadar should do a better job of seeing that correct information is given and look into the description and even edit if necessary. Why is this not done? I have booked, but still have misgivings as I am still trying to work out the final details and tour company does not seem to understand my questions and answer them accordingly. Connections are very important as the tour I booked is my last in Africa and I will leave for flight to return home the following day. I do not wish to be stranded and miss my flight. The details in the description on your website are not at all what they are telling me via messages on your website. My tour date is in September so hopefully all will be worked out by then, but it leaves me feeling anxious.

The website is pretty easy to use . Communication is prompt but not detailed and complete I have been quite loyal to tour radar have booked 8 trips in three years Would request a call from a senior customer manager post 10 may

Overall OK but the website contained inaccurate information. It showed that 5 spots were available for the tour that I was interested in, but when I booked the tour operator informed me that in reality only 3 were available (we are 4 in our party). The site still shows 5 available?????

Many operators on our website are responsible for manually adjusting the availability for each departure, so this may explain the delay. Rest assured, we will reach out directly to them to confirm that their availability is accurate per departure. When you placed your booking request for 4 travellers, it looks like the tour operator was unable to confirm this right away as they only had 3 spots available. However, upon consulting with their local operations team, they actually were able to reserve all 4 spots for you before providing you with booking confirmation. I've become very frustrated with your Hyperlinks embedded in your emails they are not working. When i get a message which has a hyperlink 'Reply to Message' when I click on that it doesn't work. I wanted to sign into my account but required to reset my password. I received the email to reset by clicking on the hyperlink which did not work. By the way when I do get an email it takes a lot longer time to open over my regular emails.

I knew the Tour I was after, but wasn’t able to go directly to it; it was quite torturous to find it. Seemingly no search function. Once I found it, the experience got much better, in fact was extremely good.

We will have a tour to Israel Jordan and Egypt. We took the April 20,2018 but our tour radar agent gave us April 19, 2019. We tried to call tourradar and was given 2 different agent.according to them they try to contact the Jerusalem tour to change the date. Unntil now we did not receive our request. Our concern is that we have to get our Airplane tickets and our date of tour is almost 2 weeks from now Please help us. Our tour number 384258. Thank you.

I liked the tours of Ireland that were presented and the price seemed terrific. However, I didn't notice that the accommodations were in a hostel, so clearly, that was the reason for the awesome price. Your team did a good job of quickly confirming that we wanted a hostel rather than a private room and offered the private room which was good. However, it did seem that the price of the private room was a bit more than I would have expected. By that time, we were locked into the dates and really had no choice but to upgrade. I'm sure the trip will still be great and the price is ok as I compared it to other sites, but I think the hostel needs to be highlighted very clearly in the original booking -- or when booking, offer a price for private room during the booking -- so it would be very obvious what the accommodations are.

Hi there, Thanks for your review! We have had a look at the tour page for the trip you booked and can see that the "What's Included" section does state that your tour is based on hostel/dorm share. To clarify, where passengers do not wish to stay in the included hostel accommodation, we have to reach out to the tour operator to check whether an upgrade is possible and to request pricing. We completely agree that private or single room pricing should be available to passengers prior to booking; this is why many of our operators will often list upgrade options and pricing on the checkout page. Selecting an upgrade during checkout allows passengers to see an updated total cost for the entire booking. We regret that a selectable accommodation upgrade option was not immediately available to you upon booking; however, we want you to know that we value your suggestions and will always welcome feedback for how you feel inclusions can be more clearly displayed. Both air and toilets were not functioning on our tour to Bath and Stonehenge. 2 passengers held up the bus for over 30 min at Stonehenge. Perhaps a policy of a set grace time would make sense as this delay really cut into everyone’s time in Bath. We did not receive any type of itinerary so did not know that a walking tour was included. Our guide Susie was sweet and helpful. Overall I’d say it’s a very bare bones type of tour but we got where we wanted to go, so that’s what really matters.

ok because I booked this trip thru your web site it has been a bit costly and there is to much info. needed for me to travel in the USA and living in the USA trying to get trip ins. is a problem In usa we don't have to have it .I really want this to go much smoother then it has.

The tour price was confusing and deceiving - there’s a part to be paid beforehand with a creditcard where you are told that is the total amount. But then there is a part to be paid cash with CUC when you arrive in Cuba - which has to be added to the total amount paid with a creditcard. So the total amount is not really the total amount !!! Now we’ll have to see if the tour is worthy paying $900,- with a creditcard and as additional CUC500,-

With many tours through Cuba on our website, there are often separate amounts allocated for the local payment that is to be paid upon arrival at the tour. We understand this can seem confusing and purposefully display the tour price separate from the local payment on all associated pages - the tour page, the check availability page, and the booking page.
