“So pleased with the replacement basket. I'd only had the fryer a few days when I dropped and damaged basket. Was relieved to find I could replace this. Replacement is great, good value and arrived quickly.”

“I emailed tower to say I’d got a faulty item. I’d purchased a new rose gold kettle from tower, after 3 weeks it started to leak, being a disabled person I relied on this chunky handled kettle. I was contacted by a lady called Megan, she explained the process of return etc. I replied to Megan explained my situation and in her reply she said due to my circumstances she would support me by sending out a replacement kettle and once received I needed to dispose of the original kettle etc. tower like other businesses have strict guidelines to follow. Thank you to Megan at tower customer services I had a brand new kettle within a few days of Megan picking up my case. A very big thank you for giving me peace of mind.”

“Ice diamond 4 slice toaster cooks your toast the way you like it, most makes of bread fit into the toaster. Overall a very good toaster that is nice looking in any kitchen.”

“My partner and I recently encountered a malfunction with our Tower Air Fryer which, unfortunately, was outside the one year warranty and we hadn’t been online to take up the free offer of extending the warranty to three years, however, after getting in touch with Tower Customer Services we were so pleased of receiving the prompt, professional and courteous advice from Chloe who deemed it within the manufacturer’s scope to save time and trouble by offering us an identical replacement Air Fryer in just a few short emails. A great response to an issue I thought might not be in the manufacturers interests to pursue.”

“Contacted Tower regarding accessibility and usage of air fryers for virtually impaired, and Sophie was extremely helpful. Also had a query regarding the most suitable air fryer for myself to replace a faulty one, NOT a Tower, and Sophie assisted with this. Looking forward to using the new one, don't know how I managed without one, best piece of kitchen equipment ever,”
