“Our air fryer we bought from Argos stopped working after a year. When I approached Tower’s customer service, my request of replacement was dealt with efficiently. I was kept informed and when they couldn’t replace the same one, they offered me a different and better air fryer. Sophie was dealing with my request and she went above and beyond to provide best customer service. Thank you”

“Bought my Tower airfyer Xpress Pro Combo 11 litre 10 in 1 only 3 days ago and I love it. I've made breakfast muffins, kebabs, desserts, lunch and mains and everything has been fantastic. It's quick and simple to use. My cooker oven is now redundant. Wouldn't be without my airfryer now.”

“My Tower air fryer has become my best friend in the kitchen. I was so sad I had an issue with the timer knob. Chloe sorted it out for me and I can happily say I now have a new replacement. Thanks for your good customer service. Now getting back to baking cakes, cooking healthy meals and enjoying no fat on my fries!!”

“Delighted with my Tower Air Fryer. The 4l size is big enough for meals for the 3 adults in the house. So far I have cooked Salmon to perfection, roasted veggies in a jiffy, warmed Focaccia to crispy deliciousness, browned sausages for casseroling, and so much more. I found a young mum from the Brighton area, on YouTube who shares excellent ideas and recipes. She gave me the confidence to try. This has been a most worthwhile addition to the kitchen!”

“I’m really pleased with my 10-in-1 digital air fryer oven. Nice shape, & clear control display panel. Internal racks etc feel substantial. I’m hoping to buy the rotisserie basket - would be good if info on how to purchase such additional items was clearer in the user manual.”

“Very fast delivery, airfryer is great being able to cook multiple things at once, the drawers being different sizes is perfect for me as I usually cook more of one item and less of the other so works perfectly!”

“I bought a Tower Xpress Pro T17039 Vortx 5-in-1 Digital Air Fryer Oven with Rapid Air 2 years ago it was perfect just a few days ago the timer control dial was broken I emailed the customer service the lady who get back to me was Charlotte she was absolutely brilliant 👏 she asked me to cut the power cord ensures that the appliance is destroyed and can then no longer be used, and this would allow us to get a replacement out to you. because I had three years warranty She was very nice and helpful. Thank you for the brilliant customer support team 👏 5*”
