“As pensioners we had questions about airfryers, to which Kelly answered them with knowledge about the Tower brand. Even recommending certain modlels which do what we wanted. A very helpful member of the Tower brand family”

“We have a very uneconomic electric cooker and in a village without gas, so when I purchased my air fryer it was more in hope than fact. What a change it has made to my kitchen life. Economic, efficient, easy to use and now I look forward to cooking and seeing my electricity bill drop ( £23 cheaper in one month). Vive la Tower”

“BRILLIANT, two weeks in and the oven thinks it's been made redundant!! Tried many things already and will be experimenting more and more. Chicken like you've never tasted, great roast spuds in half the time. Don't think you'll be disappointed if you get one.”

“On the 31 Jan I contacted tower with a problem I had with my rotisserie oven. I was contacted by Chloe who gave me clear and helpful information on what I needed to do to process my claim. She was very helpful and curtious and thanks to her help my problem has given me a positive result Many thanks”

“I had purchased a tower air fryer from an online website and had it for 18 months before it just stopped working. The hot air mechanism just stopped all of a sudden. I contacted customer service and after 4/5 days I had a response from Sophie. I had given my serial number and the model in my first email to ask if I was under warranty. Unfortunately I hadn't extended my warranty so I was told I couldn't get a replacement. During the emails I exchanged with Sophie she was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had swiftly in detail. I told Sophie that a products life span couldn't possibly be 18 months even if I wasn't in warranty. Sophie went above and beyond, spoke to management and got me a replacement air fryer. I can't wait to have my favourite appliance back in my kitchen. A bit shout out to Sophie. THANK YOU!”

“My waffle maker developed a fault after 2 years. Having 3 years extended warranty I contacted Tower and advised about the issue. After few emails exchanges, they sent me a replacement unit. Great service.”
