I have purchased the Ultra Extreme Pro Nutrient Extraction Blender and I have to admit it was the best purchase I made in a long time. It's extra fast and blends super well. I made many kinds of smoothies, cocktails and crushed ice and frozen fruit with it but my favourite function is the soup making one. I just love the fact that you can put all the ingredients in the blended and 6-8 minutes after you get a nice hot soup. I highly recommend this product!

I ordered this pressure cooker through Tesco Direct with stpecial offer, so price was very good considering that both lid and body is stainless steel. There is option to extend the waranty for another 9 years which gives peace of mind. It's easy to use and big enoug to cook for whole family. I would recommend it.

Extremely poor customer care, and that's an understatement. I've been trying to sort out a complaint ive had with this company for over a year. I eventually wrote to the CEO, and have been chasing this up for about 5 months now. I tweeted them, receive an email from a customer care member to be told..... I'm sorry I've responded to your complaint and I would be satisfied with that response. Hope you are too. And within the response, I was told they are a high customer satisfaction focussed company and that I should appreciate the CEO is a very busy man. Really. So disappointed. In their customer. Are, the warranty they provide and the overall lack of respect in dealing with complaints.

Purchased the T14001 Tower Low Fat Air Fryer in January, heating element went last night took it back to shop with receipt as proof of purchase and no quibbling at all, just a straight exchange. Since buying this quick versatile machine, 6 family and friends have bought one, so easy to use and wipe clean

I acquired this product only 4 days ago and I've already made 2 delicious soups (making soup was the main reason I bought this nutrient extraction system) but, to my surprise, I have also made the most delicious banana milkshake and blueberry ice cream I have ever tasted in my life.

Needed to return and exchange the first set of 5 pans, one of the pans having an imperfection in its ceramic coating. The store insisted all 5 pans be returned. The set does not include what I would call a one person pan, a 14 cm pan, the smallest pan being 16 cm. When washing the pans, water and soap will gather under each lid handle, the only way to get rid of the excess water is to unscrew the handle in order to dry the lids thoroughly. Apart from those minor irritations, the pans perform extremely well, giving good results every time.

Linear 3 piece saucepan set I bought the set of three white saucepans and they are great. They are very fashionable. Ideal for my new induction hob. I intend to purchase the frying pan as well. Very good quality pans and very good value for money. I would certainly recommend these to anyone wishing to purchase a decent set of saucepans

I bought this to tidy me over while I got a new cooker, big mistake.Used on a standard worktop you need to be at least 7 feet 6 inches to use the rings without having your arms in the air and food spitting in your face.If you like toast, tough, the grill is so far away from the shelf it just cooks the bread all the way through before even beginning to brown it. There is no heat control on the hob rings at all, they're either on or off.The smaller one is useful for warming your hand ,I didn't manage to heat anything on it using a normal pan.You might have more success with a pan from the pound shop but anything heavier takes away the heat before it reaches the contents. You can use the rack on top of the pan to catch spillages in the oven but it's such a tight fit that with the heat expansion you can't get the shelf out til it cools, which kind of defeats the object! It's not all bad, pizzas and pies are a doddle using the shelf alone and it looks quite pretty. When I get my new cooker I'm taking this it to the tip,I wouldn't want to saddle anyone else with it.All in all a Jack of all trades that doesn't doesn't do anything as well as a proper cooker,I should have lived on takeaways while waiting for my cooker,it would have been cheaper and less trouble.

I contacted the company by email to complain about the Tower 2L deep fat fryer that I purchased last year. No response to email complaint and when I phoned I was not impressed with response.

Hello, I bought the set 3 sauce pans cerastone. Looks very nice, easy clean and easy cooking. One minus only with the lid, because the plastic handle is not much fitted with glass lid and water after wash going between lid and handle. Delivery professional. Thank you.

I bought a Tower Pressure Cooker Model T80240 and I am very pleased with it. I had one years ago and thought I would try one again. I bought the normal pressure cooker to give me experience of using one and found it so good especially the pressure indictor valve (which the old pressure cookers didn't have) took the quess work out of when to start timing, and when the pressure had dropped to open the lid. I am so pleased with it that I am considering buying one of your electric pressure cookers

I bought my 7.5 Ltr pressure cooker last week, I had read a load of reviews mostly negative but upon looking further they were years old, I am glad I ignored them trusted my judgment. Tried it out on a goulash and was not disappointed, only problem is at 7.5ltr you don't realise how much you make, the upside is more great food to eat later. I would recommend this to anyone who wants food well cooked with good flavours.
