“I ordered a salad spinner & mandoline on 25th July & it didn't arrive until 17th August. On opening it was damaged & I immediately sent an email advising Tower followed by a second email re returning item & requesting a full refund. It is now the 10th of September & despite my sending this company numerous emails, they have not responded to my complaint or given me a refund. I suggest you take their claim of Queries resolved in under an hour with a pinch of salt, I've been waiting for two months to return item & get a refund.”

“FAB! Gorgeous Rose microwave arrived 3 days eay. Eagerly awaiting matching toaster and kettle and know I know there's a lot more in the range, will be kitting out the kitchen. Might even cook in there when it looks nice!”

“We recently purchased a new frying pan as we decided to use our existing fry pan for camping (as the old one had was no longer non-stick as it once was). The new Tower non-stick frying pan from the Rose Gold Collection (5-Star Range) is very stylish not too heavy and easy to use and easy to clean. Very pleased with our purchase.”
