Sent email to Tower few days ago about non stick surface coming off grill .I have had l have had the dry fryer from June as a present.I am very annoyed as l sent an email a few days ago ,no response as yet.l have been very careful washing in warm soapy water.l have had to get a new grill as l don't think it is safe to use it as it is.l would like to send you photos but not quite there yet .Please reply asap . Unable to contact Tower not taking phone calls or answering e.mail I sent one over a week ago, not answered. I only want a simple answer nothing too taxing for the staff I suppose they are working from home and can''t be bothered. I will not buy this make again.

What a joke, I have purchased two of the air fryers, no communication about delivery on the website it says next day delivery, I have been waiting 12 days, they dont answer there phones and don’t reply to emails…. Going to have to a claim back from my credit card company …… AVOID

We bought the Tower Xpress Pro and used it once to heat up some half baked bread, next time we tried to use it it didn’t work. Very disappointing

Ordered a 9l air fryer on 28th October, paid £199.99 and also paid for next day delivery i have looked on my account and no order shows up tried ringing no one answers but said on confirmation e-mail if urgent to ring ! have not had e-mail to say it has been dispatched wondering what is going on can you help my order number 47271.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner and received three days later despite their promise. The box came open and the vacuum cleaner had been used. I sent them an email immediately to replace for a new one and haven't hear from them. I called twice and they aren't available. I called also on Wednesday and Friday the business line and they took my details and promised to replace the same day. I haven't heard from anyone. My order was 45683, could you have a look and arrange the change please? Kind regards, Javier

57 years old, when a kid everyone had a tower item in their home. How times have changed. Asked a simple question 3 days ago and still haven’t heard nothing. Will spend my money elsewhere. Just hope this keeps your shareholders happy.

I'm still waiting for my order placed well over a week ago carnt even get in touch emailed and websites so now its TRADE-IN STANDARDS to get my money ey back stay well away from this shyte they need to be luck you have to give a star its -2k for me not very good at all

Ordered next day delivery 19/10, didn’t arrive until 22/10, Airfryer completely damaged. Attempted to contact via phone, email and Facebook messenger and still no further forward getting issue resolved! How hard is it just to speak to someone in customer services!!! A reply to my email would be appreciated. Terrible customer service

Ordered and paid for dual vortex yesterday 27th October, however on checking the status of my order I haven't ordered anything. Getting a bit worried as I paid £199.99 but unable to speak to anyone. Emailed as advised but apparently it can take up to 7 days for a reply!

Paid extra for next day delivery..ordered at 9.00 am expecting delivery next day as quoted...not delivered yet.,.believe it will be Saturday..which takes it to 3 days...doesn't matter if it is courier to blame..contract was with you...you should be making sure that they can deliver as you quote to customer. Should be returning the early delivery money to customer.

Only just received after waiting over a month for it to be delivered. They let you purchase it even if it is out of stock!! Managed to use it once so far and it works well. Different rose gold to all my other tower products.

As you can appreciate under the current climate there has been a huge interest in our products especially our Air Fryer, Halogen Oven and Slow Cooker range. Almost immediately as the products become available the demand is that high that they sell out immediately. Fan in the 10 in 1 air fryer oven stopped working after a couple of weeks Had no reply from customer service for several days now Totally out of pocket and not impressed with customer services
