I'm still waiting for my order placed well over a week ago carnt even get in touch emailed and websites so now its TRADE-IN STANDARDS to get my money ey back stay well away from this shyte they need to be luck you have to give a star its -2k for me not very good at all

Ordered next day delivery 19/10, didn’t arrive until 22/10, Airfryer completely damaged. Attempted to contact via phone, email and Facebook messenger and still no further forward getting issue resolved! How hard is it just to speak to someone in customer services!!! A reply to my email would be appreciated. Terrible customer service

Ordered and paid for dual vortex yesterday 27th October, however on checking the status of my order I haven't ordered anything. Getting a bit worried as I paid £199.99 but unable to speak to anyone. Emailed as advised but apparently it can take up to 7 days for a reply!

Paid extra for next day delivery..ordered at 9.00 am expecting delivery next day as quoted...not delivered yet.,.believe it will be Saturday..which takes it to 3 days...doesn't matter if it is courier to blame..contract was with you...you should be making sure that they can deliver as you quote to customer. Should be returning the early delivery money to customer.

Only just received after waiting over a month for it to be delivered. They let you purchase it even if it is out of stock!! Managed to use it once so far and it works well. Different rose gold to all my other tower products.

As you can appreciate under the current climate there has been a huge interest in our products especially our Air Fryer, Halogen Oven and Slow Cooker range. Almost immediately as the products become available the demand is that high that they sell out immediately. Fan in the 10 in 1 air fryer oven stopped working after a couple of weeks Had no reply from customer service for several days now Totally out of pocket and not impressed with customer services

Placed an order 6 days ago and no update on when will receive my order even though the website said within 5 days. I did receive an email two days ago thanking me for my inquiry and asking me to rate Tower on their response to my query which i never made? Waiting for a response to my email sent today asking for an update on my order but have received a response stating they will get back to me within 7 working days. VERY POOR SERVICE

Bought tower kettle and toaster. Kettle after 2 weeks of use the inside coating started to peel. Response received after 2 weeks and that was after i chased my first email. Poor mistrusting response from customer service requesting to cut the cord and send a pic then they will send replacement.

Absolutely shocking! NO air fryer delivered, no one to contact and NO flipping refund!!! Had my £140 for two weeks now and still none the wiser what’s going on. Going to take this matter further now as diabolical service. Should be ashamed of themselves!

Hi We were disappointed to read your comments about your delivery experience with Tower. Our courier partners deliver 1000's of parcels to our customers every day. When a customer disputes delivery as in your case we always endeavour to resolve the enquiry quickly and efficiently. As a result of your circumstances, we did request the completion of a proforma confirming no parcel has been received. Once this proforma was received in a legible format we took steps to issue your refund which will be received in full soon. It only takes me to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Returned Air fryer 10in1as advised and was informed a refund would be issued between 7-10days! Three weeks later still no refund nor acknowledged my emails. Really not acceptable customer service will have to be esculated via paypal

The picnic hamper arrived damaged and generally in incredibly poor condition with visible and messy plastic cable ties, holes in the interior lining and broken and scuffed bits of wood. I returned it weeks ago and have not received a refund.
