Absolutely disgusted had this air fryer TODAY used it and it’s blown and almost set on fire. Tried to contact Tower and nothing! Could have started a fire!!!

Terrible customer service received a damaged air fryer on the 17th November & emailed straight away automated response saying someone will get back to me.. It's now the 28th & still no reply ... I need to return this item ASAP.. Why is there no returns label in the box saving time etc... You have taken £ 200 from me... I want a refund please .. Awful experience & ongoing ... Very annoying..

Absolutely shocking service. We gifted a set to a family member as well as purchasing a set for ourselves at the same time. Kettle has gone wrong in less than the year. Offered to choose a completely different one as you have none to replace. I purchased a set to match for a reason so I want the whole set replaced. Surprise surprise 2 days now with Absolutely no response to my e mails considering I was given 48 hours to reply this Is out of order. I am Absolutely disappointed with this company and the fact you can't supply new items to cover your faulty ones. have a 4 month baby to boil kettle for and can't. Boiling water in pans to get by! Absolutely shocking that you haven't helped quicker because of this. The kettle leaks water all through the dial and down to the electrics. Do not buy from this company!

The customer service is a disgrace. To hear only a voice message when you call saying sorry due to the time of year we are very busy so please e-mail us instead. Maybe you need to employ some phone staff. You e-mail get stupid auto response, very very un-professional. All I wanted is to return an item and you are doing your best to make it as hard as possible. Seems Ian has time to respond to reviews though

Ordered an Air Fryer from Tower on the 14th November. It was sent to Evri for delivery,. Which they received on the 16th November. Still no notification when it's being delivered. Can't get in contact with them either. Where's the customer service! Have contacted Tower a couple of times, but no-one gets back to you. Noticed they've taken the money day after ordering. Not happy at all. Wish I had gone elsewhere. Still might if something doesn't happen soon. 😡

This is a rubbish air fryer all the non stick has came off and tower say it not covered under there warranty as it cosmetic but I not happy to use like this so order new one and in not tower And I not the only one had this fault looking at reviews DO NOT BUY

We purchased a Tower Slow Cooker, when removing the cooker from the packaging the lid fell out and smashed. We tried ringing customer services to try and get a replacement lid only to be told they are to busy to answer the phone so we should email our enquiry. We did and got an automated reply saying someone would get back to us within 7-10 working days day 10 nothing we sent another email and didn't even get a reply automated or otherwise. Customer Service is non-existent apparently, their product may be good or not we have no idea because we haven't been able to use it.

If a product you purchase from this company goes faulty, they expect you take a video of how it doesn't work, take a video of how you maintain the item, the batch number and a screen shot of proof of purchase. On receipt and despite the item being covered by warranty, they will then consider how to respond. Highly recommended you avoid buying from this outdated company.

Ordered T 17038007 on 4 /10/22 , never arrived , phoned , messaged to be told out of stock new , stock due 18 November, today is 22 November no item , sent numerous messaged no reply Told I get a gift for waiting this too hasn’t arrived either

Received my tower dual airfryer quick delivery opened box a few days later when I knew I would have time to read the instructions upon opening box there wasn't any instructions found a little info online about instructions that's when I read my dual hadn't been sent with the 2 grill plates for the basket have emailed tower 3 times asking for them and a instruction book quite upsetting as it cost me £200 off their website and I haven't been able to use it not sure who to contact next for someone to help me please

I purchased an dual basket air fryer last week deliver was swift but when I saw it the finish of the product was gloss black - it looked matte on the website consequently it doesn’t match other appliances in my kitchen so I decided to return. I have emailed customer services as I understand I can pay for and obtain a collect + return label to send it back. I have received an automated reply to my email stating it could take 7 days to reply I am going away on Thursday and want to return the item before then. I have tried calling but you just get an answer phone message. Very poor service. I only need the returns label!

Ordered my air fryer and paid for next day delivery on Friday 18th Nov 2022. Turned up damaged with a massive crack in it. Impossible to speak to anyone. Did have a response to an email asking what I would like to do, requested a replacement and my next day delivery costs be refunded. Not heard anything, not a word and now it is Tuesday Anywhere else would have responded straight away. I am not impressed with the poor customer service and experience

Placed an order for a slow cooker on Wednesday and paid for next day delivery. Ordered after 1pm so due for delivery Friday. It’s now Monday and still not showing as dispatched. Tried to contact customer service but phone line just gives a recorded message to say too busy (presumably dealing with complaints) and requesting customer’s email in. Emailed and received an air response to say will be dealt with within 7 days. I’ve requested the order cancelled and full refund but of course no way of knowing whether this is being dealt with as no response. Unless you’re prepared for a long wait and zero communication, I’d say avoid like the plague. Placed an order with Morphy Richard’s and received next day with full tracking and no issues so my advice would be to go with them, or anyone other than Tower!

Shocking customer service 4 weeks later after trying to ring them and sending an email, still waiting for them to send me my 3 years warranty. Received as an early Christmas present from my daughter the Tower vortex 5 in 1 smokeless grill (love it) on following the instructions to register for a 3 year warranty, it only registered one year It clearly states on the box that it is 3 years. Received an email after 4 weeks saying someone would be in touch to check my details, I still waiting.

Air fryer timer stopped working so contacted tower after several emails over 3 weeks I was advised to “cut the cable “ and send pictures. I was then advised a replacement had been sent but no tracking and 8 days later no package, emails not being replied to, phone just cuts off all in all shocking !!

Not impressed! After 50 mins in my new air fryer the potato was burnt on the outside and still hard and uncooked on the inside.

Ordered a sizzle/pizza plate 6 and 1/2 weeks ago , complained after non delivery, promised a gift if will to wait 6 weeks ( what I don’t know ) emailed yesterday to check my item plus gift had been dispatched but no reply, telephone line switched of all day cuts you off says busy
