I had a sensor bin which wasn’t working - the lid wouldn’t close fully. So I tried to activate the warranty and despite some runaround initially where Morphy Richards couldn’t ship a replacement as I’m living in Ireland (Brexit I assume) they had to refer me to another company and they agreed to replace the damaged lid. Their communication was helpful and professional and speedy. I expect the replacement to arrive in 7-10 days.

A bit early to submit a review, i have only used it twice. However i think it will be very good for cooking certain things like oven chips. I have deducted one star because it is a little difficult to clean in my opinion. Would still buy it.

Love my Tower Slow cooker but when I wiped the front with the tea towel the writing (off , low , high.) got smudged beyond recognition. Can I use a marker?

Delivery was quick but the wrong colour items (kettle and toaster) were sent. However, she who must be obeyed said that they fit in fine with the new decor so we kept them. Tower offered to exchange quite quickly if required so that was good although returning stuff is always a faff. If it hadn't been for the error then I would have given 5 stars.

Overall a very good service. The customer advisor I dealt with was very helpful. It wasn't that easy to get in touch as they only have a 2 hour phone contact number ( this was after no response from an email) The problem with my kettle is resolved and they are sending me a Replacement.

Although the product (kettle) failed within two months the customer service agent, Annie, resolved the problem very quickly and arranged for a replacement under warranty.

I purchased a tower barbecue from Robert Dyas and on building it found a discrepancy between the instruction manual and the part delivered. The instruction manual stated that the barbecue should be run on Butane gas, the barbecue was delivered with a propane regulator. To get this issue clarified I had to email Tower customer services. It did take 13 days to get a reply, hence the 4 star rating, however I was given an apology for the delay and a clear explanation on the manual error. The barbecue is a quality product and I now know that propane is the recommended gas to use although it can also be safely be used on butane. Thank you Sam for your assistance

I had a problem with the non-stick properties on two of my large frying pans. After contacting tower and several emails later Tower agreed to replace both pans for me.

My Air fryer stopped working and it has taken a week to resolve the situation. I had to produce original receipt although purchased two years ago. Bur would have hoped the extended warranty would not have needed the receipt. I was also asked to provide a video of the appliance which being a pensioner i do not have the equip to do this. In the end the rep was very good and sorted it. Thank you to her.

Following a malfunction of a product under 12months old I received excellent customer service replacing my broken item. I have given 4 star for the sole reason I did have to push a little bitter them to understand my dissatisfaction but I am more than happy with the outcome. my contact was excellent too.

The book for my machine got destroyed before i had a chance to learn to use it. Staff super helpful and lovely, just removing 1 star as it took them a good deal of time to reply. Once they did tho they were on the ball so have patience!!

We bought a self opening waste bin from Amazon last October. In March it failed. Amazon refused to replace it as it was outside their 30 day return policy. They told us to deal with their supplier, Electrical Emporium who refused to communicate with us. After a showdown with Amazon they refunded the £59.99 cost. We bought anther bin from Amazon and it failed in August. This time we dealt directly with Tower Customer Services. We explained the history and Sam was brilliant. They replaced the lid very promptly and without argument. The product did not make us happy and we would avoid Electrical Emporium but Sam was a star!
