Purchased the 5 in 1 air fryer oven and have used it to cook salmon, chicken and cakes. I’m very happy with the product and the results of the cooking. The reason for the 4 stars is that the instructions are not that great and no recipes, which when I have bought other products they give you a couple of recipes to be getting on with, anyway I bought an air fryer recipe book and I am now trying to work my way through it 🤦‍♀️. Might be worth considering adding a couple of recipes in the literature in the future.

Terrible problems with assembly of my fan. It is unstable when on. Very disappointing really upset to be honest with you. So using my old fan. Not safe for me to use.

Excellent after one day’s use. Can’t give it 5 stars yet as not tried too many different foods. But would definitely recommend from immediate results. £59.99 from Robert Dyas so a great deal too.

The tower came with no working light, but the customer services have arranged for a new one to be sent out. It is a brilliant size, the different trays are fantastic, and the display is clear to follow. Would recommend.

Good practical design. Useful trays/shelves, reasonably easy to clean and handle. Could benefit from having a slightly longer power cable to help with the ventilation whilst operating. Very helpful user manual

Avoid like the plague, tried to make a warranty claimfor a sensor bin lid that won't open they want me to send a video of the bin not opening and despite sending warranty and proof of purchase they want me to send it again separately, they seem to make it as hard as possible to claim warranty,I'll never buy from tower again

Bought a T17065 air fry oven really enjoying it. Bought some more oil trays from Chloe H (very enthusiastic and helpful). Asked about the rotisserie fork's and shaft, weren't in stock but she was going to send the demo on as my fork's were bent and i can't use. Parcel turned up today (quick delivery) NO rotisserie stuff. When will i getting them. Keep smiling Chloe H and I'll remark the score when missing items turn up.
