Great product but as I am new to air fryers there is no real instructions does grill pan stay in . Think it is pretty basic instructions and for price should include some more advice on cooking food .

I receive a 20% discount offer after I placed my ordered but hadn't received my Airfyer ,I immediately email and ask if it could be applied to my what was first order , I had no response. Yet you are keen to get feedback , why did I not receive a reply when I asked for something ?? Happy with my Airfyer hense the score above but not your customer service replies

I am absolutely delighted with the Air fryer which I have bought. I would recommend this to all. The only downed on this is I find it difficult to get things out of the pan. It's really awkward. If there was a basket with handles which you could grab into when removing this would make this item perfect. Otherwise this would be 5 stars..

I finally managed to purchase the Tower 11Ltr 5-in-1 Air Fryer Oven, still early days using it, I'm not sure on times & temperatures yet but I'm sure I'll work it out soon. We'll pleased with my purchase.

Well made. Position markers/pointers on temperature and timer controls could be clearer. There is a small bump on the knob to indicate which is barely visible. A white or silver mark would be clearer. Otherwise all good so far.

I have just made the Lemon Garlic Salmon recipe from the Tower Manual Air Fryer booklet. Not very helpful instructions regarding temperature setting and time to cook. It refers you to the Settings Table but there is no mention of any fish apart from frozen fish fingers! However, my own estimates were correct and the result was: Absolutely delicious, soft, moist, quick and so clean. I wish there were more recipes in the booklet.

I recently purchased a four litre air fryer as I am a first-time user with a small kitchen. I am delighted with the results, both from the energy saving and healthier eating aspects. My only disappointment is that I can’t find an extra shelf to make use of the height in the drawer to enable me to cook an entire meal. If there was an accessory available for my model (T17061), then I would increase my rating to FIVE STARS!

I only purchased 4 litre fryer yesterday 21 September 2022 and as yet haven’t had the chance to use it. But if it’s anything like the 1.5 litre air fryer that I’ve been using for the past 2 years it’s going to be great. I ordered it online from one of my local stores and was ready to collect immediately. The first one is my new Tower and the second is the much smaller one.

Product is fairly priced. Looks good. Excellent at cooking. Shame the advert states 1800watts and it isn’t. It is 2600w

Air fryer amazing. Delivery very fast. But a little disappointed that there was no where to get a reduction for having a blue light card. Have contacted customer services and have been promised the discount.

I have purchased one of your air fryer oven. Very modern look. Looks great I'm the kitchen. All works fab . But the light dose not work and spoil the items that are being cooking. I have only received the oven today which is 11/9/22/. It was purchased through Amazon. Model n/o is. T17939 another n/o on the oven is Po253619. I just wondered if you could throw a little light on the problem. Thank you Mr A J Tite
