“I broke the timer knob on my air fryer and emailed customer service asking for help. Megan came back to me and sent a new knob and supplied video on how to attach it. Great prompt service”

“Just bought a Tower Air fryer to replace one with a basket. Not bad as its larger which is what we wanted but the racks are fiddly and the supplied tool to extract the racks isn't great, you need to pull the racks forward then use oven gloves. Shame you can't simply extract them using the handle but if you do that the handle, racks and food go everywhere! Bad design”

“Not worth the £229 paid, and then to be discounted to £160 about a month after buying mine. Haven’t done much out of the ordinary tbh, chips,kilted soldiers, shepherds pie. But basket no 1 window has gone all hard bubbles. Only been used less than a month. Only noticed on 29th, so waiting to hear back from tower.”

“24cm casserole dish good product. Just a shame that putting the Union Jack on the leaflet and making it look like a Great British product only to find in small print on box “Made in China” Either make in Great Britain or take the flag off !”

“I have a 8ltr twin box air fryer given as a gift, I think it is the best way to cook your food you can cook almost anything I am very pleased with it thanks to tower for this great machine.”

“I have always used tower and wanted to upgrade. So I have now got the tower 11litre duel air fryer over. My only problem is that the air flow basket is too big and has scratched the inside of oven wall. Not something I would have expected.”

“I bought the crisper for my T17039,I found it easy enough to fit and use but the downside is the closure clip is flimsy, may I suggest making the clip of a higher gauge metal ensuring a tighter fit,a couple of times the door has opened when in use,and no I didn't overload it, I award the crisper 4/5”

“We previously had an actifry for many years and have found the best results with the air fryer is not to pre boil the chips, but to coat them in a little oil, then cook, as with actifry. We are very pleased with it + consider it to be good value for money.”

“Only recently bought it. We have cooked frozen breaded fish, very succulent. Cooked chicken, very succulent. Not enjoying the vegetables we've cooked. Not sure how to over come this as we are vegetable lovers but not fried!!!. As I said early days!!”

“Bought vortex air fryer from Argos and was delighted as it did everything it claimed to do, but…. unfortunately the Interior light went kaput after two months of use, thought it would be simple to fit a new bulb, but tower advised that the whole unit would have to be replaced, arranging exchange was pretty painless and now have new unit, fingers crossed!”

“This a great appliance and cooks really well . The only issue I have is after 3 weeks and the inside light stopped working we only bought it in September”

“Reference to my previous review posted 1/12. Airfryer arrived on the 2/12, so hopefully everything ok now. Have not received an email back from Tower yet. But at least the Airfryer has arrived. Will think again though if Evri is the companies courier.”
