“I got a lovely Scandi, kettle and toaster set, and after just one year, the silver plating on the ring at the top of the kettle began to peel off, making it an eyesore. As it was still within the warranty period I requested a replacement for the defective plastic ring, unfortunately they did not have this as a spare part and Megan was so nice and offered me a replacement kettle. Unfortunately they didn’t have the colour I bought so to keep the matching kettle/toaster set,I intend to take the ring from this one and replace the defective ring on my kettle. This leaves me with a brand-new kettle which I think I’ll be able to give someone else. Kudos to Megan who has been so helpful with this.”

“Think this item will be great once I get used how to install it. I found it quite a fiddled to get it in then when I did it stopped turning after the first few minutes. Had to finish the chips off on one of the wire racks instead.”

“It is very quick and efficient. Negative point though , unlike my previous model tower I've of same size standard baking trays are slightly too big and I can't find ones that do.”

“Just purchased the T17063L Air Fryer 4 litre cooks lovely very pleased the only problem we have found on washing the grill plate the 4 rubber tips keep falling off and can easily be lost can they be replaced by Tower.”

“Easy to use and not too bulky. Downside is the mechanical timer. It's one quick ping and not too loud either. If you miss it the fryer will continue to cook. Best to set a separate timer.”
