Very pleased with Tower's customer service, because advisor Josh responded quickly and helpfully until I was able to make my final decision not to buy the Tower product I was considering. Researching to find a suitable mini oven with two hobs for an elderly disabled relative, I was confused by contradictary online reviews, so emailed to request a copy of the user manual. When I reported that the manual did not answer all my questions, Josh quickly sent me answers to my queries.

We purchased Tower Vortx 22L Manual Air Fryer Oven, T17058 after our main oven wouldn't get hot as a temporary 'fix'. We have been very pleased with it but after a while the was a stain that had run down the inside glass door so I contacted Tower by email for cleaning instructions. After some email exchanges with photos and question It was decided that the seal was faulty. As it was under warranty we sent copies of the receipt etc and the same day a replacement oven was ordered, and we were told it would be 3-5 working days. We received the replacement within the time and problem resolved. That's what we call an excellent customer service, from the representative who dealt with our problem and from Tower Many Thanks.

the tower 2.2L frier is a great item and so clean to use compared to old day chip friers. price is good and comes with 3 year warranty. we had issues with ours and getting replacemnt sent and all sorted quickly and efficently. well done to Tower

This time last week our Airfryer dial had split and so it was out of use. Contacted the service dept online and Annie responded. She immediately ordered a new dial and I received it by Wednesday, unfortunately I couldn't make it fit so Annie sent me a video of how to fit it. In no time at all I had it fixed. Thanks to Annie and her patience. Thank you so much

Cannot fault you customer services, excellent response and no problem getting through. Spoke to Megan, who actually listened and dealt with missing part very efficiently, a delightful young lady. She advised delivery 3-5 working days, but was super speedy and arrived in 2 days. Looking forward to using my air cooker. A huge thank you to Megan & well done Tower. A refreshing change to have confidence in a brand name who deserves my business & praise.

Excellent customer service. There was an issue with an online discount code not working which they resolved very quickly and despatched my order straightaway. There was a further issue when the Hermes courier dropped my package over the garden gate which broke a saucepan handle - customer service sorted out a replacement straightaway and I received it 2 days later.

I was pleased to find that the Steam Generator Iron we purchased was an English based company, although I am aware that most products are still made in China and that’s not going to change overnight but it’s a start. I always try to buy British products if I can, we have also recently just purchased a Mitchell and Brown, TV from the same Electric Goods shop that we purchased the steam iron from, that also is English based, as long as you make the products I believe that people like myself will buy them. I had a cosmetic fault arise with a product and reported this to the warranty dept. I had registered the item for the free extended warranty cover. After carrying out the authenticity checks, I was quickly offered a replacement item at no extra cost. The service I recieved was exemplary! Thank you Tower!
