“I’ve bought a few items from tower and I’ve not been disappointed. From a soup maker to air fryer to bread maker! All items are used regularly and make a fantastic job.”

“I contacted customer services with a question regarding my 5 or 6 year old Tower pressure cooker. The reply told me that there was a recall on this model & giving me a link to organise a replacement. I was able to print off a label for free postage, this was 24 November. Today, 10 December I received a brand new replacement pressure cooker. Impressive customer service.”

“Excellent Customer Service, I had a problem with the timer knob on my air fryer, I was sent out a replacement but that didn’t last so I have a new air fryer on the way to me now.”

“I love all the Tower products and we have a few such as toaster, kettle, canisters. I unfortunately had a problem with my kettle and Annie helped ensure the process was smooth to provide a new one under warranty. Brilliant customer service as well as Brilliant products. Thank you”

“Had an issue with my sensor bin however it was still in warranty, I contacted Tower customer service via email, I got a reply within 72 hours and my query was resolved within 2 days after, and I was been told that a replacement product is dispatched. Very happy with Annie who was responsible to take care of our problem.”
