“I placed my order on December 27th on standard delivery and it arrived on December 30th. Delivered by Hermes with constant tracking information provided. Excellent service !”

“Fantastic after sales Customer Service from ‘Sam’ at Tower! Absolutely love the new bread maker and Sam made it possible for us to activate the 3 Year Warranty. What a Star! My husband is having to have a special diet following lifesaving cancer surgery and thought he would have to omit bread forever. This little machine is making his new baking regime a doddle!”

“Had a slight issue with my tower air fryer, contacted Tower via email and was replied to by Megan, She went above and beyond to help and sent me a replacement in which I'll hopefully recieve before Xmas 🤞. A1***** customer support”

“I had a problem with my item, it was destroyed in transit, but, Sam at customer services dealt with my issue with real professionalism and speed. A great company to deal with, and great priced good quality spares.”

“The whole customer service team have been excellent. I email Sam tonight which is a Sunday and got an immediate helpful reply. I have Tower Cerastone pans which I love because they are so easy to clean and because I was so happy with them bought a four slice toaster. Although I had a problem with the toaster the Customer Services Team sorted it out without any fuss. Tower will be my go to brand from now.”

“Auto tire flyer on Thursday the 16th of December today and find out my missus has got me one for Christmas so email the company up to ask them to refund me took a day day and Megan got back to me 20 minutes ago to say my money back in my bank the next 10 days thanks very much for your help”
