“I purchased an Airfryer which worked perfectly well but one of the racks was broken. My call to Customer service was a real professional friendly chat that sorted the issue out at once. The replacement rack is on its way. Thanks Louise, You have given me great confidence in the Tower company. Thanks for being so good and gracious.”

“Had a broken timer knob on an air fryer. There were no spare parts shown on the web site to buy. Contacted Customer support who were really helpful and found a spare one for me.”

“I bought a soup maker at the end of 2021 and use it twice a week . However noticed that the ‘blend’ mode didn’t work. I tried a few times, following instructions in the booklet to completely unplug to reset but still no success. Contacted customer services and Azmina arranged a new replacement which was delivered within 2 days. I’ve Just used it to make some lovely soup and the blender works perfectly. Thanks Azmina & Team 👏🏻👏🏻”

“i bought a Tower air fryer in 2020 and registered the air fryer online with tower to extend the warranty.two year later the air fryer stopped working and I connected Tower to explain the problem. Louise answered my call and from the minute I spoke to Louise I knew my problem is going to be sorted. What a brilliant customer service. So professional. I was offered a replacement air fryer which was even more expensive and bigger than the original one. My replacement arrived on time and I am back to healthy eating again. I love my new air fryer.Thank you so much for such a wonderful customer service. I am a very happy customer.”

“I really love Tower products. I have a matching pink glitz kettle, toaster and microwave. I was hoping to get a matching coffee machine. I like the Cavaletto range coffeemaker but unfortunately it isn't available in pink glitz. I had excellent help from Chloe in Customer Services who guided me to other possible options and helped me to make a purchase. I can't wait for my coffee machine to arrive.”
