“My air fryer stopped working after 30 months of use, I contacted Tower providing photos of the item and proof of purchase etc., a new fryer is being sent to me without any fuss. Great service.”

“I have nearly completed my collection of my chosen range and couldn't be happier.My kitchen looks AMAZING,ALL products arrived next day delivery as requested,packaged very carefully without waste.I couldn't be any happier with my collection and if you're doing a shall I shall I not then I strongly advise go for it,don't wait treat yourself you deserve a kitchen as good as mine looks thanks to my absolutely gorgeous amazing accessories 😀”

“I purchased an Airfryer which worked perfectly well but one of the racks was broken. My call to Customer service was a real professional friendly chat that sorted the issue out at once.
