“My hand mixer blade broke and I emailed about a replacement. Louise was most helpful and friendly in her messages and all was sorted in just a few days. Would have been quicker but I wasn't available to contact her quicker.”

“Had an issue with the lower rack on my new air fryer, contacted Customer Services who were awesome in dealing with my issue and a replacement was dispatched on the same day.... All I can say is 10 out of 10 for a customer orientated service.”

“I had a fault in my 2 year old Breadmaker, it was under a 3 year guarantee, other than it took a little time for them to reply on the whole it took a day to solve the problem by sending them the paperwork/photos they requested. They have now sent a new machine. I could not be happier with their service.”
