“I had only had my toaster a couple of months and it went faulty. Annie was brilliant, took control of the issue and arranged a replacement the same day! Extremely happy, especially with Annie who I felt went above and beyond.”

“My hand mixer blade broke and I emailed about a replacement. Louise was most helpful and friendly in her messages and all was sorted in just a few days. Would have been quicker but I wasn't available to contact her quicker.”
