5* service. I lost my charger for my window cleaner and spoke to Chloe about this. She was very helpful and sent me a new one very quickly. She kept me informed every step if the way. I totally recommend their products and after sales service. 2nd to none and extremely helpful. Well done and thank you very much.

I bought the 4litre pressure cooker when it first came out too many years ago to remember when and cannot remember how much I paid. It has been used almost daily for incredibly quick cooking of all vegetables and soups. It has unfortunately been somewhat disabused at times and like leaving the gas on and eventually burning all water away but it has cleaned up and continued to work well. I have also managed to melt part of the handle on occasions so sadly it is beginning to fall apart. I am hoping to buy a new handle but if not this pressure cooker has earned it’s keep in saved fuel for cooking and my time. Well done Tower for bringing out this smaller model.

I am very pleased with my Tower mixer model T12033. I found that there was a fault with the mixer blade and Tower replaced it immediately. Excellent customer service. Thank you

The customer service was extra special . Not only in arranging the spare shelf needed which had only purchased this morning but that received e mail 2 hours later saying that dispatch arranged and should be with me by end of week 5 * well done to Laura Customer Service E Stott

Excellent customer service. I reported to Annie, the agent assigned , on Wednesday morning that my air fryer was not working. She guided me through the process of enabling them to investigate my report digitally. I received my replacement by lunch time on Wednesday. Although the system work well, I wonder what happens if one does not have the skill or the know how of providing photo and video evidence digitally.

The Tower window vac is an excellent product and easy to use. It leaves the windows streak free and sparkling. When it had a little problem my issue was dealt with promptly and efficiently by Louise and I couldn't be happier with the after sales service. The UK could do with more companies like Tower. Well done.

Our airfryer unfortunately became faulty and we were no longer able to use this. I contacted customer services who Initially asked for me to try few things first to get working, as this didn't resolve the issue a replacement fryer was agreed to be with me in 5 days...this was all turned round In a day.

When I ordered my fryer and pressed next day delivery I didn't realise a hurricane was going to hit Britain that evening! But bless them my order was delivered on Sunday morning about 10am instead of Saturday! Very happy with my purchase.

In October '21 I bought a Tower RVL30 Cordless vacuum cleaner in Kilkenny, Ireland. I didn't register the purchase for guarantee . it is great, handy and easy to use. However somehow I mislaid the charger and it just cant be found. I emailed Tower as I couldn't find a charger on the website, I feared that I would have to buy another RVL30 to get the right charger. I received an immediate response from Laura that a new charger would be sent free of charge!! Turned out that shipment to Southern ireland a problem now so the charger is now on the way to my daughter in Belfast. What a service! Brilliant!!

The kettle that I ordered arrived slightly damaged. One phone call, that was answered immediately, to Tower and a replacement was shipped for next day delivery. Now THAT is customer service.
