“I had an issue with a faulty item that was bought from a online retailer. This particular retailer proved impossible to contact despite all the help/advice given on there website!!! “I bought a Warmlite electric stove heater new (bought originally through e-bay) in a charity shop and discovered that the feet were missing. Not located in the shop so I contacted Tower to see if they could supply the missing feet. After only 24 hours they replied that they could supply those and have sent them on to me. Great thoughtful and rapid service on items not bought directly from them. Well done Tower”

“Ive got a tower airfyer and the timer knob broke off I got in touch with tower about a replacement and within 2 days they got back intouch ,and now a replacement knob is on its way really happy about the level of customer service would defo buy from tower again”
