“I contacted tower on the 11th April to ask if I could get a replacement timer knob for our air fryer We were contacted by Chloe from customer service and asked for our address and today the 15th we received a new timer knob you could not ask for better service from Tower and especially Chloe she deserves a lot of credit and praise for her excellent service in resolving our problem Many thanks to Chloe and tower”

“I had an issue with a faulty item that was bought from a online retailer. This particular retailer proved impossible to contact despite all the help/advice given on there website!!!
