I had an issue with a lost instruction manual. I contacted Tower and received a very helpful response within A couple of working days. Hannah at Customer service was very helpful, polite and friendly. One happy customer 😃

I accidentally threw out bin liner retainer, contacted Tower direct so they could advise correct part I needed to order. Louise resolved problem within about 20 mins with a free replacement, excellent, friendly and efficient service. Thank you Louise 😁.

Tower has made me very happy as they swiftly solved my problem. My tower sensor bin lid broke and as it was under warranty I phoned tower for some help. I was put in touch with Laura J. And she was brilliant. Nothing too much trouble and a new bin arranged to be sent out to me ASAP. Laura J is worth her weight in gold to Tower. Three hearty vherrs to you all.

We purchased a set of pans in December 2021 and we had a couple with loose handles and a couple of faulty lids, Tower replaced the whole set with no quibble.

I bought a small 14cm cerastone saucepan through Amazon - it was perfect for me to cook for one person. I was so delighted with it that I bought the mini 14cm frying pan to fry eggs, small sausages and mushrooms (not at the same time!); happily, the lid for the saucepan neatly fitted the frying pan. I fell in love with the ease of cooking and the simplicity of cleaning afterwards. I have now extended my range with the 20cm, 24cm and 28cm frying pans and a small wok. I thoroughly recommend this range.

My air fryer broke down and I contacted tower to inform them, i thought the warranty procedure would be dead stressful/strict, however Sam made the process very easy! All that was required of me was to send images, and a replacement was ordered and came the 2nd day after order confirmation.

A lovely customer service rep Rachel, helped me to get a replacement timer dial for my Tower airfyer. she answered my query promptly and the replacement item was in the post within a day. I couldn't recommend Tower for excellent customer service enough.

My Tower air fryer timer became faulty, I was amazed how quick Tower responded to my issue. ✨Liberty ✨from Customer Service was absolutely fantastic through whole process. Result! New air fryer delivered fast..........Highly recommend Tower!

I have a Tower air fryer which unfortunately has suffered a broken knob. I thought on the off chance about contacting the company to see if I could get a replacement. Within less than 12hrs I was contacted back by ⭐️Rachel⭐️ who has been brilliant, she has tried to arrange a replacement air fryer but unfortunately due to my poor paperwork I didn’t keep the proof of purchase. But never the less she has found a replacement knob which will prevent the waste of a good machine. Rachel your customer service skills are second to none and you have given me faith in contacting Tower, I will definitely be considering this company for future purchase of appliances. 👏 PS excuse the emojis! But they do reflect the experience 👍
