We had a small problem with an Air Fryer, once we reported the problem with Tower they were very quick in resolving the issue. Hannah In Customer Services was particularly helpful. We can only rate Tower Air Fryers as being brilliant. A truly healthy way to cook. Well done Tower.

I have not received it it should have been de on the 4th from avri they send me email to say that they tryed my home but I was in all day and they said they delive it on the 5th but I'm still waiting

Very happy with the customer service from Louise from Tower. I email on the off chance that I could get a spare part and Louise was more than happy to help and organise this for me. Very very happy that I’ll be able to replace the broken piece and start using my air fryer again! ☺️☺️

Hannah from Customer Services was excellent. She responded quickly to our problem of no instruction manual with the product. Once we gave her the model number for the product she immediately forwarded the manual by email. Thank you Hannah. A five star service.

Received my order with a item missing, emailed Tower and had a quick response from Annie, very apologetic, and she look into my order and the following day Annie reassured me that my missing item will be delivered within 3-5 days.

I had an issue with a lost instruction manual. I contacted Tower and received a very helpful response within A couple of working days. Hannah at Customer service was very helpful, polite and friendly. One happy customer 😃

I accidentally threw out bin liner retainer, contacted Tower direct so they could advise correct part I needed to order. Louise resolved problem within about 20 mins with a free replacement, excellent, friendly and efficient service. Thank you Louise 😁.

Tower has made me very happy as they swiftly solved my problem. My tower sensor bin lid broke and as it was under warranty I phoned tower for some help. I was put in touch with Laura J. And she was brilliant. Nothing too much trouble and a new bin arranged to be sent out to me ASAP. Laura J is worth her weight in gold to Tower. Three hearty vherrs to you all.

We purchased a set of pans in December 2021 and we had a couple with loose handles and a couple of faulty lids, Tower replaced the whole set with no quibble.

I bought a small 14cm cerastone saucepan through Amazon - it was perfect for me to cook for one person. I was so delighted with it that I bought the mini 14cm frying pan to fry eggs, small sausages and mushrooms (not at the same time!); happily, the lid for the saucepan neatly fitted the frying pan. I fell in love with the ease of cooking and the simplicity of cleaning afterwards. I have now extended my range with the 20cm, 24cm and 28cm frying pans and a small wok. I thoroughly recommend this range.
