“I thought I may have a problem returning the fry pan but the advice I received from Liberty really helped. I was able to provide the proof that TK Max wanted and they gave me a refund. Thank you again Liberty for the brilliant service!”

“Tower do care about their customers, and that has been proven to me. I had an issue with my Tower Microwave which I reported My issue was taken very seriously and it was handed over to a very professional advisor name Sam. Her knowledge about the product, email correspondence, and willing to help was something I would really appreciate. My matter was resolved, the whole process was smooth the delivery was quick. I would definitely recommend Tower products.”

“What superb customer service, I emailed Tower looking for an instruction manual for an air fryer, I did this one evening at around 10.00pm expecting a reply sometime during the next few days, I was pleasantly surprised when around 5 minutes later I received a reply with a couple of PDF documents for instructions and recipe book. *Brilliant* *Brilliant* *Brilliant*”
