“The kettle that I ordered arrived slightly damaged. One phone call, that was answered immediately, to Tower and a replacement was shipped for next day delivery. Now THAT is customer service.”

“My hand mixer blade broke and I emailed about a replacement. Louise was most helpful and friendly in her messages and all was sorted in just a few days. Would have been quicker but I wasn't available to contact her quicker.”
