“very efficient prompt despatch could be quicker but overall no complaints”

“My wife recently bought a 28cm saute pan. All was well, but washing it with a small bolt protruding underneath the lid handle is a bit dangerous. Also, water collects underneath the handle which can be cleaned if it is disassembled. Water also collected under the metal rim on the lid, which can't be cleaned. Very unhygienic. So she binned it.”

“Tower 10 cup Coffee Maker T13001 - I bought this coffee maker from the Range in June 2019. On first use it made a very high-pitched whining noise which could be ignored as it is used in the utility room and we can shut the door. It was so high-pitched my husband could not hear it. It made coffee efficiently and easily but stopped working today 20/10/2019. There was no problem with the shop replacing it but on switching on the replacement, again there is a very high-pitched whine. I will continue to use it but am anticipating another short period of use before having to invoke the warranty. Disappointing.”

“I recently bought a 3 piece pot set and the quality of the pots are fantastic. What we liked about them was the rubber handles. It meant that the handles didn’t get too warm and they looked a lot more expensive from what we paid.”

“The Tower steam generator iron is very effective and makes light work of ironing but there is no mention in the booklet about the cartridge and how often it needs replacing. This should be added into the book which does not even mention it on the diagram.”
