“The Tower steam generator iron is very effective and makes light work of ironing but there is no mention in the booklet about the cartridge and how often it needs replacing. This should be added into the book which does not even mention it on the diagram.”

“I would give this company no stars I purchased the tower bottega elecrtic kettle rose gold and white , long delivery when arrived didn’t even work rose gold dial tarnished black. Cracked black edging around the switch to boil. Absolutely appauling. Poor quality control how can the item be sent with no checks that it even worked let alone atrocious faults on the exterior , very expensive poor poor quality attractive looking but finishing is disgraceful Awaiting a full refund and response from this company”

“I bought a Tower Digital Air Fryer T17024 in July 19 and I can not stress how good this appliance is. I am 78 and now live on my own, it has totally changed my eating habits and given me a wide variety of food choices. I am now enjoying all my meals, its one of the best appliances I have bought in a long time. Thank you.”
