“I recently purchased a digital Air fryer and find it a very safe and secure way to cook. I cooked frozen chunky chips which tasted so much better than deep fried chips, and cutting down on cooking oil and fats has got to be a plus for me and my family's health. Sausages were lovely and crispy, and didn't take long to cook, another bonus is for people getting forgetful, I have in the past left the gas on, fortunately no pans went on fire etc so I think this is a safer way to cook. We'll done, Tower.”

“Bought 200gbp worth of tower cookware to match as were moving into new house . On opening packaging 2 months after purchase one of the canisters ( tea coffee sugar ) had a curved bottom so wont sit straight/flat . We had moved away from place of purchase so emailed Tower , 3 yes 3 weeks later had a reply telling us to take them back to where we had bought them . Not practical ,replied asking please send just one replacement canister . Reply from Tower " no we cant do that " I replied not practical reply was " we cant help ". We are left with a wobbly sugar canister that the purveyors will not replace even though it is faulty. The moral , we and our family and friends will never buy a Tower product again , we will tell people how absolutely awful Tower are at customer care .”
