“Bought a 20cm trying pan. Just couldn't believe how good it was to use with no added fat & so easy to clean. Will look out for other pans in range now. Well done Tower !!!!!”

“Bought a T12032 Mini Chopper today, this a fantastic piece of kit and exceeded my expectations, unfortunately it was missing the emulsyfing disc, but hey ho i really wanted a mini chopper so will have to do without.”

“After only using the tower stainless steel one touch pressure cooker twice a problem occurred and the cooker will not build up pressure, causing the ingredients to burn to the bottom of the pan. After numerous emails to customer service I keep being told to change parts, seals etc on the cooker. Since I only used the cooker twice before the problem started, I find it very strange to be told by customer services that parts need replacing. The 10 year guarantee is a good selling point for the product. But in fact is a joke and people should know that if they ever need to make a claim, nothing will actually happen apart from spending time with emails going back and forward. I have rated the product and customer service 1 star, I would of rated no stars if that was an option.”

“Have just bought 1.7 litre black with rose gold kettle. It is stylish and extremely quiet when boiling. I love this kettle and would highly recommend, also received it very quickly. Excellent service from Tower.”

“I bought the T12704 digital hot air fryer and it stopped working after 3 uses. I took it back to Argos and exchanged it for one the same. That one didn't even turn on. Both times I had prepared food to go in it which I had to throw away. Both times I had to walk into town carrying the heavy box (and back once). As I am a pensioner I didn't appreciate the hassle of that. I won't be buying this brand ever again.”
