Tower are amazing as is their staff! I purchased one of their amazing Air fryers as I'm disabled. Sadly it arrived without an instruction booklet! Their customer service advisor's are 2nd to none. Thank you TOWER!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to contact you all week you do not take calls and say email. No-one comes back k on email one sent daily. Sent message on messenger no one comes back. I had a product delivered which has a fault and need rectifying. Someone needs to come back to me by return

I purchased an air fryer one basket less than a year ago. Unfortunately no receipt. However the automatic cut of failed when I opened the drawer the machine then went on and smoke started to come out from bottom of machine and flames. I contacted Tower who only directed me back to the shop i purchased it. They took no responsibility for my safety concerns which could have caused a house fire. They took no concern for the fact that I am now left out of pocket and without a machine. Very disapointed in tbe company.

I have ordered this product 3L Air Fryer, model T17079, last December and picked up on December 21,2022, I am happy that finally I’ve got one , the disappointing part is I just used it for few times, and it’s not working anymore, I have tried the number given on the manual if needed help phone them fort , it’s just totally an answering machine cause they’re busy, website given . How disappointing and this cost £50.00 just bought it last week of December 2022.

Recently bought the aero crisper. The clasp what holds it shut does not work, it's not even close, very poor quality. I emailed 7 days ago and still no answer of customer service... obviously no customer service...

Took delivery of Tower Eco Duel Vortex air fryer T17099 4 days ago and have spent the days trawling sites to find silicone liners to enhance the use of it. Don’t want parchment etc. Plenty for other Tower models. When can we expect to be able to buy. Wish I had bought Ninja.

sorry to say this but have purchased two 3 lt airfryers and both have gone wrong the last one only lasted a month both items with the same fault do not come on when tray put in timer on heat switch on 180 outcome nothing now had to buy the 4lt as this was the only one argos had i am keeping finger crossed that this lasts a bit longer

i brought a battery vacuum i found da problem with it . it may of been due to transit but after emailing tower it was dealt with very quickly and 1st class by megan at tower well done

The tower air fryer we bought from yourselves is excellent.I had only 1 issue, one of the sides in the dual basket air fryer was cooking faster than the other. Luckily,you have Chloe H, working for you. She sorted out our problem,smoothly and efficiently as possible. Brilliant ,customer service.

Cooking for one saves me energy & washing up, being at counter level is also so much safer lifting out hot food. I"m still finding my way with recipes but managing scampi n chips and other simple meals.
