“After having a lengthy wait for a item I had ordered please not this was down to the delivery company not down to tower I ended up having to contact Tower regarding the situation I was in concast with a advisor called Kelly she dealt with my issue very quickly and professionally. Due to the length of time I had waited for the item I assumed that the delivery company had lost the item I was given a refund. Low and behold 2 days later after resolving the issue my item was delivered I contacted Kelly again for advice on how to proceed she was very quickly sorted the situation for me. She was very helpful throughout this situation”

“Bought one 3 days ago. Leaked. Returned. Seen a different model and decided to give it a second chance. Same story. The whole idea with 2-in-1 would be great, if not the leaks. The only temperature when it doesn't leak it is °°°, while only cotton can be ironed. °° leaks, not to even mention ° when pours. What is the point of having this iron just to be able to iron bedsheets? Most of shirts, and different fabrics from cotton need to be ironed in lower temperatures. It all does not make any sense to me. There won't be a third chance as it seems to be main issue with all Tower irons. So disappointing”

“Tower air fryer is brilliant, only had it two days, don't want to be with out now. Brought all accessories. The drum does wonderfull chips, best thing about you don't need any fat. Well done tower.”

“I bought the Tower pressure cooker/ smoker a couple of years back but I found I wasn’t using it as much as I should, simply because it never came with a recipe book. I decided to email Tower Customer Service and asked if the company now made one but unfortunately they dont. The lady I emailed at Customer service (Sophie) was super efficient with her reply’s and very quick to respond. So thank you Sophie.”

“I had recently bought an airfryer from Tower, at Asda. I have used it frequently over the past 1-2 months, I went to do lunch today, and the handle has completely come off in my hand. I have tried to contact their number but no one answers, just an automated message. I am not happy.”

“After being let down by Evri ,we contacted Tower customer services where we lucky to make contact with a fantastic lady called Kelly . After a couple of emails Kelly reissued a new order which was delivered within 24 hrs. All our items arrived well packaged and undamaged. We can't thank Kelly enough for the first class service she provided and if we have any more problems she asked to be contacted straight away. Now that is service .”

“There was a very strong smell the first few times used but wore off. Surprised as to how quickly food cooks and looks. Getting used to controls but fairly easy and straightforward.”

“Megan was very helpful, I had waited a while for my air fryer to be delivered, so contacted Tower and spoke to Megan, she done some digging as the air fryer had been sent out to Evri for delivery. Unfortunately the air fryer had gone missing presumably at evri(hermes) site. Thank you Megan for sorting that for me.”

“terrible product i used it twice and it set on fire melting all the insides to which tower didnt reply for over a week i had to contact them again and battle to get money back poor customer service leave people without an answer dont buy this product”
