What a game changer , absolutely delighted with this product. Can't do everything but what it does is excellent. Chips fries nuggets all the kids quick meals sorted. Still learning but very happy 😊

Really good and well made fryer 9ltr vortex fryer, arrived yesterday and used it last night. Very happy. Cooks so well. Shame I purchased from amazon at £10 more, didnt know i could purchase direct, nevertheless a great air fryer. Now have 3 years cover and a free cook book. All done online. Thanks Tower very pleased with my fryer

Was a surprise Christmas gift from my children and I absolutely love it have used it every day and cooked every thing from ready meals to a pork loin joint have only used my electric oven twice since Christmas and my gas hob just a handful of times so I have got to be saving money on my gas/electric. Only down side is I can't find were to buy accessories for my 7.6 litre dual basket air fryer if you could point me in the right direction I would be extremely grateful

My air fryer became faulty and I put in a claim under the guarantee. Customer services dealt with my claim quickly and replied instantly to any emails I sent. I would highly recommend both the product and the way the claim was dealt with.

Fantastic air fryer. Cooks food great . I buy a bigger chicken and chop legs thighs and wings off for rotisserie. Chicken falls off the bone. Did salmon in it . Cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.

I bought a new T17038 and was somewhat put out that I had to turn on the rotisserie motor to have light inside the oven - strange. I called to ask if this was as designed and it was (a flaw in my view). The agent I spoke to (Laura) was simply the very best. Not only did she talk me down from my indignant stance, she had experience of my exact model, knew and understood some of the usability issues I'd experience - she'd even recorded a video of her own solution to my problems. Talk about 'Above and Beyond' ! I started the call ready to make a complaint/return my oven and ended it having had a well-informed conversation with a like minded user. If you are lucky enough to get Laura - tap her for all of her knowledge, she really is the font of all ...!

I haven't even plugged it in yet, but I'm writing this review to congratulate Tower on their excellent packaging. No plastic, except recyclable bags, and recycled/recyclable paper and cardboard Which is easy to tear up. When you're my age and disabled, these things are important. Well done Tower!

Just bought an air fryer after my microwave finally gave up on me and reading and hearing everything about how quick and easy they are. Bought the Tower Vortx at discounted price and very happy with my purchase after only a few days of use

Evri had lost my Tower parcel, so the problem didn't belong to Tower, yet they responded to my emails very quickly, looked into the problem and sent a replacement immediately, which then arrived. Excellent customer service.

Great air fryer and delighted with it. However the lamp went after about 3 weeks. Very disappointed to be told by Tower that it is non replaceable and the oven was replaced under warranty (very quickly). Such a shame about not being able to replace a bulb. Fingers crossed this one does not blow the day after warranty expires!

My cordless vac brush broke, so I emailed the company explained, what was wrong with it. They ask to send photos of the broken brush which I did. A lovely lady name liberty, Told me they stopped making that model, so they going to send me a different cordless vac. She emailed me saying it will be with me in next 3-5 days. I can't wait to try it out.

Kelly from customer service sorted my disable mother a replacement door for her machine quickly and efficiently. She responded in good time and was super helpful. Think Kelly needs a little more praise as working in customer service can be rough ! Thanks for the help

It's been over 2 months we have been without a microwave we have sent all relevant documents you required and still waiting for a response I think your after sails as far as warrantee and customer care is non-existent this is our second microwave in 3 years from your company we had similar problems on our first purchase you only have to look back on our dozen and dozens of email to research this we are old age pensioners and cannot afford to keep buying microwave I think the way this as been handle is disgusting and will be leaving these comments on tower reviews warning other potential customers of the problem we have and think twice before purchasing a TOWER PRODUCTS.
