“Item received on time. An excellent item.We initially thought the process was too complicated but the instructions that came with the Bread maker are excellent. Our first effort at making a 1lb loaf was so successful that our friends and family are considering buying their own. We are looking forward to making different types of bread that Iwe had never heard of. Well done Tower.”

“Cannot phone. Won’t go through cannot extend warranty. Just goes to reviews. It says to ring if you have a problem how can you if can’t get through all I want is a simple answer to one question regarding new purchase”
