My brother who has a learning disability & lives in Scotland had an issue with his automatic bin that was purchased the previous year from The Tower Company. I live in American & had to work with Oliver (one of the representatives) & all I can say about my experience is WOW!!! There is a 5 hr time difference between Scotland & America but you would never know that because any correspondence that I sent to Oliver was dealt with immediately. He was kind ,courteous, understanding & made sure that I was kept in the loop @ all times but most importantly he replaced the faulty item & now my brother has a replacement scheduled to be delivered within 3 / 5 days. I am not a person to write a review BUT I cannot express how stressless this whole procedure was & it’s all because of the quality of the company & the highest of standards that they have towards their customers. I live by a theory …… Anyone will take your money so make sure you spend it wisely. I truly believe that I spent my money wisely at Tower !

Tower made me unhappy bought a fire pit they were parts missing plus they were no fire πŸ”₯ door so to me I will never buy a tower product

Customer service is great, I had no receipt and they gave me a part free of charge. They also were very quick at answering my email. Very friendly and polite and sorted everything thing very quickly

Enjoying the low fat cooking and now the problem of rubber feet on the insert plate falling off, has been solved by spares being sent out. Many thanks to Sam for ironing out what could potentially have caused damage to the non stick inside of the basket. Excellent customer service makes you confident to shop Tower again. My thanks once again

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THERE'S A REASON FOR THE GROWING NUMBER OF ONE STAR REVIEWS. Received the Glitz storage canisters for Christmas. The coffee lasts 2 days in the canister before it goes off (dark and bitter). This is the response (eventually) from Customer Services. "The contents that you place inside will therefore have a limited shelf life. Unfortunately this would be the same with any replacements you receive. Unfortunately this isn't a fault and we're sorry that the canisters don't perform to your expectations." So they're selling storage canisters that provide a limited shelf life of TWO DAYS and think this makes their product fit for purpose. What a joke.

I love my Tower oven and have recommended it to five family and friends who are equally delighted. So when the timer knob broke i wrote to service department who were quick to reply and provide me with a replacement. Thank you.

I ordered 2 spare parts for my Tower Pressure Cooker bought In 2012. Although the country was under a lot of extra restrictions I was still able to order the parts that I needed. My thanks go out to the excellent staff and now I am able to use my Pressure Cooker again. Many thanks - great service - great products

Only had it 2 months and it just Bleeps and flashes even when it's been unplugged!!! I gather from other sites that this is not unusual and that it is probably broken. Dinner in the bin. Thank you.

The only reason I gave 4* not 5* is Tower don't ship to France. Tower responded quickly to my request and followed up when I didn't reply. Excellent customer service. Shame about international shipping

The Tower products we have are great however, the Tower website is simply not fit for purpose. Over two years ago I could not register a product. This was subsequently resolved by Customer Services confirming the extended warranty. Recently I needed to make a claim but could not login to my account. Once again resolved by Customer Services but I had to open a new account which does not show the products I have registered. The process of making the claim involved sending much information that had already been provided when extending the warranty. Why could Customer Services not access this information rather than me having to send it all again? I believe there has been no attempt to solve the "technical difficulties" you, and more importantly the customer, have been experiencing for at least over two years.
