If I could leave Zero stars - I would!! Worst company I have ever used. First my parcel didnt arrive Next Day as I paid for, it was then a battle for me to request my next day delivery charge to be refunded. I took the day off work to accept delivery on paid day. When they eventually sent out for delivery, I wasn't available therefore had to leave a note to refuse delivery - Parcel was returned straight back to Tower. This was on 22nd July. We are now 2nd August and Tower are claiming they are yet to receive this back and will issue a full refund ten days after they recieve the undelivered parcel back. I have received confirmation from the courier (as getting no sense out of the non-existent customer service team at Tower) - Appreicate the staff are working from home, but what are they actually doing working from home if phone lines closed and they dont answer querys when opening a ticket. I have chased this on a few occasions over the last two weeks and still none the wiser. I have now had to open a dispute with my bank to request my refund back. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY - SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! They also remove some reviews as my initial one was removed. Wish I read the reviews beforehand as it seems ALOT of other customers feel the same and have receieved the same terrible service.

Hello Rebecca, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service. We can completely understand your frustration with the couriers too. From our records your parcel was out for delivery on the 22nd July but you stated that you wanted to refuse delivery. Parcels are not returned to us straight away this can take a few days to even register on the system that they are coming back to us as is down to Hermes. I can also see that you have emailed in multiple times and we have merged these emails together so there is only one thread of emails and we are not duplicating work, this will be why they have been closed without a response. Tower Air Fryer developed a fault requiring a replacement part. Received an automated reply but no response for over two weeks (despite 2 reminders for me) so I was left totally unaware of whether they would help me and eventually in desperation had to buy a new one. Response now (an obvious "cut and paste" reply) is that they will pass on my fault details to their quality assurance team to consider in the next iteration of redesign! Am I seriously supposed to be comforted by that?!!!!

What happens when we get multiple emails sent in to us is that your reply time gets pushed back as we have a 24 hour reply service. We really understand your frustration regarding this though. Two-stars at the moment, as I feel that these issues need highlighting to warn people. I'll edit, as things progress. I ordered on July 3rd and paid with PayPal. This uses an email address that I use just for PayPal, for security reasons. I did not hear from them, so sent an email (from my personal email address, replying to the order receipt so it's clear which order it refers to) on July 7th asking for an update (and a refund on the delivery fee charged in error), and a follow-up on July 14th. I eventually heard from them on July 20th, with a number of a logistics partner to ring. Tower did process a refund for the shipping fee (received on July 28th - thank you). I rang the logistics partner on July 20th. They were excellent, and arranged delivery for July 22nd. The logistics partner commented that the PayPal checkout had not given them contact details for me (to arrange delivery), so they had requested that off Tower. Tower had not responded to them. The item (a BBQ) arrived on July 22nd, but was scratched in places, dented in other places, and - critically - several manufacturing issues and missing parts that made it impossible to assemble. I suspect they sent me a previous customer return of a faulty product, but can't be sure. I sent two emails on July 23rd, with photos to document the problems and request a replacement or refund. I sent a reminder, asking for an update, on July 29th. I did eventually hear (after posting my initial review here, and escalating the issue via resolver.co.uk - I recommend that!). I am now awaiting the replacement, and will update later. I suspect that they are overwhelmed, but communication could be clearer, and for a high cost item I would expect better. The service I received has been in breach of their own T&Cs, and in breach of The Consumer Rights Act 2015, which is a minimum standard that can be expected, even in Covid times. As Tower have no complaints process, and a customer service department that is overwhelmed and/or non-responsive, it is a frustrating experience. I would therefore urge caution - I think the company have some technical issues with emails; a backlog of emails that they seem unable to get through efficiently; and some dodgy stock amongst other products. So, if you order, and the contact details go through, and the product is good quality, then you'll be fine. However, if there are any issues with the order or the product, then I suspect you will have a long wait for any replies, that is bound to be very frustrating. So, if you need something to arrive (intact) soon, then I would choose elsewhere for now... I really feel sorry for the staff, who must be super-stressed, but there must be a better way than the current situation, that is upsetting so many customers.

Ordered from you on the 20th july for next day delivery, we are now 29th july still no item. E mailed numerous times told i cant cancel because its already with the courier. Teacking has no update. Sent me a returns label to return it for a refund. Still no item to return and no refund. How long do you want to hold my money for? Customer service is shocking. Dong use this company.

Ordered an air fryer on 16 July for next day delivery order number 11574. Now 29 July and still waiting for it to be delivered. No one answering phone just told to send email which I did but emails are also ignored. You had no such delay in taking my money though - my account debited 16 July! Absolutely shameful customer service - tantamount to theft - only giving one star as can’t give less! Will be reporting to my credit card company to get my money back. EVERYONE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY -TOTAL SCAM.

The reason I ordered Tower microwave is that I just bought one of their awesome, super-efficient irons. I asked Tower to rush along my microwave order and to make sure the parcel delivery service didn't hang onto it. They did and I'm happy. This was the exact model I wanted, they didn't have it in the shops, so I had to order it online. Brilliant products. Brilliant prices. Customer Services Carina made sure everything ran smoothly.

Our daughter gave us her Tower pressure cooker to replace a damaged pressure cooker. Unfortunately she didn’t have the instruction booklet so I requested one from Tower. Within 24 hours I was sent the correct booklet by email which I printed off. I thought this to be a first class service. Well done

I forgot to enter a discount code before payment so emailed Tower to see if it could be added in retrospect. They replied very fast and sent a refund for the missed discount! Very impressed with the ease and helpfulness of the customer service department

Ordered a knife block on 19th July, and paid extra to have next day delivery. I received a confirmation email and an order number (12128) Since then - nothing. I have emailed several times - no reply I have phoned - phone line says everyone working from home. So what is the problem????????? Companies that have got staff working at home say how successful it is , And going forward are going to stay this way. No where on your site does it state there are problems and hold ups, So come on Tower get a grip and pull your socks up. At the moment you are not worth the 1 star l have put on. (You have only got this as it will not accept nil star) Customer service is non - existent, and yet you are still taking orders and people’s money. Sharron
