“A quick and responsive customer service via email but they do need to actually read the requests before sending the genetic first reply!! Very pleased with the response times and outcome of a replacement basket.”

“The book for my machine got destroyed before i had a chance to learn to use it. Staff super helpful and lovely, just removing 1 star as it took them a good deal of time to reply. Once they did tho they were on the ball so have patience!!”

“I am forced to unfortunately give a poor review (which I'd be willing to change if a Tower employee were to get in touch with me). I purchased an Air Fryer in March. It recently broke down, so I contacted Tower a week ago asking for an exchange. I am yet to reeive any response whatsoever, nor am I ble to speak to anyone over the phone. I'd be immensely grateful if a Tower employee were to contact me urgently, as this is the only appliance I have in my house to cook meals for my family.”

“Not yet had chance to build my BBQ yet but customer service with a delivery issue was very professionally and competently handled. If the product is as good as the service then I shall be very happy!”

“Purchased the Tower vortex air oven manual control via Ideal World. Unfortunately no instructions included in the box. I contacted Tower and within two weeks received via Email tge handbook for my model, plus sincere apologies. Thank you Megan and Tower. I love this oven, the basket cooks oven chips beautifully, used the oven to cook sausages, brown macaroni cheese dishes..fantastic.”
