Purchased a new Presto Evaporative Air Cooler today. Having set it up I notice the x 2 ice packs are missing. Annoying, it is 28 degrees today. I have reported this via email - all staff are working from home. If I receive the missing packs in a timely manner and the cooler works effectively I will upgrade this score. Take note staff I can be very irritating!

I emailed the company to see if they sold replacement rubber feet for my grill plate as one has split. They replied quickly and were able to find what I needed and shipped it out to me. I’m now just waiting on it arriving.

I have requested next day delivery still delivery and no update, no reply to emails and no way of contacting you. Not great so far.

My air fryer, which I adored, broke. As it was quite new I contacted Tower. A wonderful person, Azmina, took me through a step by step process to get my air fryer replaced. A very easy and pleasant interaction.

Very helpful person called Sam organised the online registration of my warranty for a Tower Empire kettle (great kettle, by the way) after I had made a silly mistake with the serial number.

My kitchen bin is faulty and for 5_6month have been trying to get a refund or replacement, I have spoken to a number of staff and promised a replacement BUT each time they say 6 working days it will arrive but it didn't. I wouldn't give stars at all but had no choice. After a great number of communication with this company sent a video ect, and been fobbed of week after week by everyone I have spoken to, its taught me a lesson never to use this company ever again. STILL WAITING 😔

Paid for next day delivery, three working days later still no item or word from Tower, and nothing but an automated response to my email. Lousy customer service.

Sensor Bin lid broke within a month. The whole lid of the bin is very disappointing. Very plasticky and cheap compared to the body of the bin. And there is no easy way to use your warranty or contact customer service.
