We purchased a bread maker which didn't have the instructions inside and so I contacted Tower to request. Without hesitation I was sent a digital copy of the booklet and it made something which could've been a big hassle very easy. Thank you Sam!

I had a air fryer oven the timer knob fell off after a few months i contacted Tower who quickly dealt with the issue im expecting a replacement part soon so no disappointment here will be happy to buy more from this brand.

I was after a spare filter for my iron i sent a request via the website for help, they came back within a couple of hours with options and means to get the spare part. All very efficient and very professional. Well done and thank you

Sam at customer service was amazing! Placed an order that turned out was never dispatched due to error in processing which took them over 3 weeks to rectify. Item arrived but faulty and Sam was the one who saw my complaint through from beginning to end. Well done Sam for turning our negative experience into a positive one!

I emailed the company about a broken timer dial, within the hour I was told they would check & see if they had one in stock& by the end of the day I was told that it was getting ready to be dispatched. I had the replacement item in about a week& was able to use our airfryer again. Fast& efficient customer service, very happy with the service they provided.

After complaining about not receiving any response about my faulty vacuum I have to say that within minutes the problem was addressed and a replacement cleaner is being dispatched.

I purchased a Tower cordless vacuum Invoice 12579 order number 13658 and their was a fault. I contacted customer services and Natasha was my contact, Ref 527329. We exchanged 17 e-mails and I provided all the information she asked.. I was informed that their was no replacement vacuum available until October. I said I could not be without the cleaner for that long so could I have a refund. Since asking for that I have heard nothing.

My mini-oven gave good service for a long time but, when it developed a fault, Kirsty, the customer service agent, was prompt and very helpful in dealing with all the details of a quite complicated problem. I had difficulties returning the item but this was due to the couriers not Tower. I have now received a replacement oven and would say that it is worth registering for an extended warranty. Absolutely shocking customer service from these guys. Bought an item (AC Unit) via Ideal world. Waited a month to get it. Finally received with a broken part. Back and fore for the last week trying to get it sorted. They told me via Ideal world to cut the power cable to get a refund as item cannot be replaced nor a spare part offered. They are really taking the mick! I now have an item that is totally unusable and still no sign of refund. I have spent hours via emails, webchats, telephone calls (Premium Rate) to both Tower and Ideal world and still no result. Needless to say I am annoyed, frustrated, angry and at my wits end. I will persist however as this item cost £250! Will not by Tower again.

Received a fan (it was just left on the doorstep) during a heatwave but unfortunately it was smashed on arrival so I emailed tower as email is the only form of contract, I received a reply after 15 days requesting that I return the fan and I am still waiting for a refund weeks later. The agent was polite and helpful. But the reason for the 4 star rating was because I was told to cut the cord off and that It would be processed, and I would get a replacement of the original item. But than I was told that they couldn’t fulfil the replacement of the item, however I was offered good to the value of the original price item with a fair usage charge deducted of the value of good.
