“After a delay in the start the service was fine. I think if the video should be available with the replacement part”

“The book for my machine got destroyed before i had a chance to learn to use it. Staff super helpful and lovely, just removing 1 star as it took them a good deal of time to reply. Once they did tho they were on the ball so have patience!!”

“I am forced to unfortunately give a poor review (which I'd be willing to change if a Tower employee were to get in touch with me). I purchased an Air Fryer in March. It recently broke down, so I contacted Tower a week ago asking for an exchange. I am yet to reeive any response whatsoever, nor am I ble to speak to anyone over the phone. I'd be immensely grateful if a Tower employee were to contact me urgently, as this is the only appliance I have in my house to cook meals for my family.”

“Not yet had chance to build my BBQ yet but customer service with a delivery issue was very professionally and competently handled. If the product is as good as the service then I shall be very happy!”
