Purchased the Tower vortex air oven manual control via Ideal World. Unfortunately no instructions included in the box. I contacted Tower and within two weeks received via Email tge handbook for my model, plus sincere apologies. Thank you Megan and Tower. I love this oven, the basket cooks oven chips beautifully, used the oven to cook sausages, brown macaroni cheese dishes..fantastic.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have had used two Tower Airfryers I just think they are brilliant and I got rid of my oven as I wasn’t using it and have never missed it! Apart from the fact you it’s so easy to clean the AirFryers I never needed to clean an oven again and it was getting harder to take heavy trays of the oven. Now with the new AirFryer Oven I can eat pizza and pies again! Oh had to contact Customer Services and there was a note to say their replies would be slower than normal so I was surprised the reply came back so quickly. Lovely Team and I will be buying from Tower again a brand and fab service.

They helped me get my extended warranty as I'm not very good with technology they gave me the link to get me going, was really quick getting back to me, I'm still waiting for the guarantee to be sent to me have checked spam, but have been reasured that I have the extended guarantee

Although, customer service was delayed in their response to my query, they did apologise and explained why. Since their initial response, they were very quick to reply and very helpful. Now Just waiting on a replacement part to be sent out.

We bought a self opening waste bin from Amazon last October. In March it failed. Amazon refused to replace it as it was outside their 30 day return policy. They told us to deal with their supplier, Electrical Emporium who refused to communicate with us. After a showdown with Amazon they refunded the £59.99 cost. We bought anther bin from Amazon and it failed in August. This time we dealt directly with Tower Customer Services. We explained the history and Sam was brilliant. They replaced the lid very promptly and without argument. The product did not make us happy and we would avoid Electrical Emporium but Sam was a star!

Buying directly from Tower makes so much sense. The items come directly from the Company. I have to fully recommend Azmina from Customer Services. I had a query about a product bought last November & Azmina was totally amazing. My query was dealt with so efficiently & promptly & I can't thank Azmina enough for sorting it out. Excellent after-sales service & would recommend buying from Tower directly. Thank you so much.

I have had my Tower Air Fryer for 18 months and love using it nearly everyday of the week. It is so versatile. However, I had a minor issue this week and after not finding a solution on the Tower website I decided to contact Tower via email. I received a response within 48 hours taking care of the issue. What a great feeling to have such a positive experience with Tower.

This is the first time i have requested assistance from customer services for a replacement broken dial. The customer services were excellent the responses were almost immediate and the matter resolved in a very short space if time. All in al a first class service indeed. Highly commendable
