Although the product (kettle) failed within two months the customer service agent, Annie, resolved the problem very quickly and arranged for a replacement under warranty.

I purchased a tower barbecue from Robert Dyas and on building it found a discrepancy between the instruction manual and the part delivered. The instruction manual stated that the barbecue should be run on Butane gas, the barbecue was delivered with a propane regulator. To get this issue clarified I had to email Tower customer services. It did take 13 days to get a reply, hence the 4 star rating, however I was given an apology for the delay and a clear explanation on the manual error. The barbecue is a quality product and I now know that propane is the recommended gas to use although it can also be safely be used on butane. Thank you Sam for your assistance

Excellent service once customer service got involved. Had a problem with airfryer whilst still under guarantee. A replacement part was sent out immediately.

I ordered a stick vacuum cleaner on 20th September and I received a confirmation which confirmed next day delivery, as expected. They took payment on September 20th. I waited in all the next day and heard nothing from them and did not receive my delivery. I tried to ring the next day and the message said I had to email, which I did on 22nd. I received an automated response and have heard nothing since. This is appalling service and as there seems to be no way of getting in touch with them I feel extremely angry and frustrated. We are going away tomorrow (four full days after 'next day delivery' should have taken place) and I can't even get in touch with them to tell them to deliver to my neighbour. Avoid this company.

I ordered kettle toaster and canister set when I opened the kettle it didn't have a filter fitted it came with one loose at the bottom of the kettle which didn't fit.so had to ring up customer service which then I had to email the several times to get it sorted of which I now have to wait another 7 to 10 days for delivery of the part that fits the kettle so ime a bit disappointed of the wait time as I waited 4 weeks for delivery .not a happy bunny at all sorry to say .Natasha was good at getting a new part. .

I had a problem with the non-stick properties on two of my large frying pans. After contacting tower and several emails later Tower agreed to replace both pans for me.

Had a problem with the manual timer on the airfryer, Megan in customer services was very helpful and even though I didn't have a receipt for proof of purchase, agreed to provide a new timer free of charge. Garrett O'Reilly

bought a saute pan with lid, which is amazing with 10year guarantee, needed to find out some details for the guarantee, Lousie very very helpful and willing to help out. great customer service and the actual product also, best pan i had so far... hope it does last for 10 years at least...

My Air fryer stopped working and it has taken a week to resolve the situation. I had to produce original receipt although purchased two years ago. Bur would have hoped the extended warranty would not have needed the receipt. I was also asked to provide a video of the appliance which being a pensioner i do not have the equip to do this. In the end the rep was very good and sorted it. Thank you to her.
