I bought the colour changing kettle and it only worked for a week, had a replacement and again that didn’t work after a while as the lid broke, got a totally different brand now, won’t be buying again

contacted tower customer service as a warrenty confirmation had not come through & it was dealt with promptly. this was regards their presto hand blender bit I had previously purchased the frying pan & 2 saucespans which I highly recommend for price & quality.

My daughter bought me a Tower carpet washer from a local store unfortunately when I opened the box there was no instruction manual I contacted your customer service dept and Megan dealt with my problem very effectively

Needed a small part for my Air Fryer, couldnt find it anywhere so I wrote to Tower. They replied very quickly and I got the part two days later. Excellent customer service . Very impressed.

I contacted Tower with a request for an elderly friend who needed an instruction manual for her air fryer. Not only did they email me by return, the manual, they gave me a whole list of sites with recipes for air fryers. That`s what I call service. Rare these days, Well done Sam at Tower.

I am fed up with Tower as as in November I purchased 2 4.3L air frites from Tesco one stoped working in July and have not been able to get any reply from Tower and they claim there is no phone service as a result of the Covid-19 this is not acceptable to customers should not have to be treated this way I paid good money for the items if I don’t get a result from here I intend going to trustpoilet and social

Recently bought Tower pressure cooker from Argos it stopped working within few months been trying to get it replaced it since last 4-5 months but Argos is asking to contact Tower and Tower says they don’t have replacement part so contact Argos. Argos wants us to sort it out with Tower directly via their warranty services. So much for their 10 year warranty . Avoid

Hi, Many thanks for your comments regarding the Tower Pressure Cooker. I was disappointed to read your comments - within the first year of purchase it is the retailer that is responsible for the warranty should a fault occur with your product. Please accept my apologies for the information provided by our retail partners. At the time of contacting us at Tower we did attempt to resolve your issue but were awaiting the required part to resolve your enquiry. I needed a new on/off control for my airoven. The young lady was very helpful, and had my replacement delivered to me in less than a week! Can't than them enough
