I have a Tower Air frier a wonderful machine simple to use cooks better than using oil in a pan and healthy quicker and just as crispy as well easy to clean a great addition to any kitchen

I am waiting for Tower customer services to reply to an email I sent about the extended warranty. Otherwise product good. Customer services not so good.

Absolute awful service. Messaged the customer service team three times and still waiting for someone to come back to me with the first message sent on the 26th September. Second awful experience I have had.

After the customer service provided by Annie, I would definitely recommend Tower products. After calling to get a replacement part that wasn’t available, I was emailed to say they had one, and was happy to send it to me as free replacement. What a great after service this company has.

Tower staff responded to my enquiry straight away and kept me informed about how it would be dealt with and without any delays they resolved everything I received excellent care from the staff at Tower they were helpful and very efficient

Few days ago I posted review on my experience on how my Tower pressure cooker purchased from Argos developed fault within few months of purchase and Argos refusal to help to replace or refund it. I had contacted Tower directly and they had told me to get refund from Argos as they were unable to get replacement parts at that time . I had gone back to Argos and was refused again citing wear and tear even though it was mechanical fault. After my review Keith promised to look into this matter and I was contacted again by Sam (Customer Services Supervisor) who told me that it was unfortunate that Argos refused to refund as it was within 1st year of purchase Argos should have simply refunded me . As a goodwill gesture Tower has now send me a new replacement pressure cooker . Very much pleased. Thank you Keith and Sam.

Since buying I've not used either my main oven or my George Forman grill. I've cooked meats such as burgers, sausages, chicken and chicken portions, small joints of meat, vegetables, chips and roast potatoes to name but a few. Everything cooks really well and quickly. For example I've cooked chicken thighs quicker than it would take to heat the main oven. One good thing with air fryers in general is with them being so popular there are thousands of videos on YouTube showing you how to cook pretty much anything. If I were to look to buy again one thing I would do is get one with digital readouts just to make setting the timer and temp accurately easier. One small issue I would highlight is the outer bowl the food basket sits in, some of the coating has already come away. This is a very minor niggle though and doesn't affect the way the food cooks. The actual cooking basket is however still fully coated and working perfectly. All in all I've found it incredibly easy to use and quite frankly wish I'd bought one years ago.
